Netflix is randomly releasing a documentary on the Cornell 7 tomorrow...
So let me get this straight...
This hoe has been filming with Netflix for the past 2 years and then launched a lawsuit on the alleged "rape"...
The MeToo movement is a joke that harms actual victims when fake victims like this try to enrich themselves using false allegations.
The explosive lawsuit brought by Jane Doe against Cornell University has sparked vocal protests on campus and visceral backlash online.
INSTADOCS: JANE DOE v. CORNELL examines the often-flawed systems that investigate student sexual assault claims — including campus police and Title IX, the process for reporting sexual misconduct at most U.S. universities. Premieres October 29.

You will build MORE MUSCLE if your 3-4 meals per day look like Photo 1 rather than Photo 2
You guys do know this, right?
RIGHT???
Just a note to make
I have been fortunate to earn 22 IFBB pro cards as a coach + 11 IFBB pro wins with 4 different athletes
None of those 26 elite competitors consumed over a 1.2g per lb of LEAN BODY MASS protein daily
The over consumption of protein along with the lack of diversity in amino acids people consume is definitely a “something” as it pertains to achieving elite physical performance

I’m telling all athletes…STOP TAKING CREATINE. You don’t need it. Stop putting that nonsense in your body. A good diet and proper sleep are best. Stop letting little Jimmy at the local Planet Fitness tell the top 1% of human bodies what to supplement. Creatine is like filling a balloon with air it looks bigger and better till it’s time to put it under stress. That’s why soft tissue injuries happen. Your muscles lack pure substance.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Scientific evidence does not support claims that creatine causes soft tissue injuries in athletes. Reviews and studies, including of collegiate football players, show no increased injury risk and often lower rates of strains, cramping and total injuries among users.

Creatine is synthesized sodium sarcosinate + cyanamide
Almost all of it made in China
Global creatine powder market is valued at $1.4 billion in 2025
I took 5g creatine everyday for 5 years… Last year I stopped.
Here’s what I noticed:
1. I feel more fluid and athletic. Lighter on my feet and more integrated in my athleticism
2. Nagging injuries have healed and I have not gotten any new injuries 🙏 despite training just as intensely if not more so
3. Less bloating around face, neck, and stomach. Creatine is known to store more water in cells which is what makes muscles look “bigger” (this likely happens in other cells around the body if I had to guess)
For reference I am 36 and weigh around 190 lbs. My assessment on all the research studies showing benefits of creatine are done on unhealthy people eating unhealthy diets, so they show “benefits” - so if you are healthy it is completely unnecessary
