Why record a 30s video in 5 minutes when you can automate it in 5 hours?
No screen recorder. No video editor.
@playwrightweb for the screencast, @Remotion for zooms, captions and intro/outro.
It’s a script. It’s predictable. The next one takes 5 minutes.

Speaking of security, we created a registry for building OIDC configuration components.
Pick your providers, form and validation libraries, and token verifier (powered by jose). Then run one command to copy everything into your app.
I've built these a few times before. I know how annoying they can be to get right. Hope this helps.

It's time to retire long-lived static credentials.
We surveyed 1,000+ SaaS vendors and found only 8.4% support secure auth. This is our call to action and how we're doing our part.

We open sourced a *really fast* HTML artifact builder. It's powered by libfx, making the agent durable.
Building the low-level plumbing for v0 to survive server crashes, flaky LLMs, function limits was a huge pain.
Now it's easy, free, and OSS: fx0.vercel.dev.
PS: I built this floating container in a few minutes… it's delightful, and it's just HTML!
We built a 'mini v0' on libfx to showcase its speed and durability:
• Design or prototype anything in seconds
• 200+ models from Vercel AI Gateway
• Outputs are pure HTML artifacts
• Fork it & make it your own
Try it free ↓ fx0.vercel.dev

spent way too much time on this scrollbar on my website.
- long ticks are months, short ticks are dates
- snaps to your cursor
- click to jump, drag to scrub
- long-press to open a focus ring
- satisfying ratchet clicks
- touch friendly on mobile
go break it

Two years ago today I started building Scira.
So today I'm shipping miniscira, the small self-hostable version of it.
Scira already does a lot of this. What kept coming up was that people wanted the good parts for themselves: to run them, change them, point them at their own stuff. That's what this is.
You ask something big, and instead of a spinner you watch it work. Every search it runs, every page it opens, every sub-agent it hands work off to, live while it's happening. If it works out that two of your "independent" sources trace back to the same press release, you watch it work that out.
And you host it. It runs on your own Vercel AI Gateway key, so there are no credits or tiers, and nothing telling you you've got 3 deep research runs left this month. The usage goes on your Vercel bill and nobody sits in between taking a cut.
That does mean there's no hosted demo. Running one openly would mean paying for everyone else's research, so miniscira.com is just a landing page and the real app is the thing you clone.
Built with:
→ @eve runs the agent, and is the reason a research run survives a reload
→ @vercel for the AI Gateway, Blob, Sandbox and Streamdown
→ @nextjs 16 and React 19
→ @shadcn /ui on top of @base_ui
→ @better_auth for sign-in
→ @neondatabase and @DrizzleORM
→ @ExaAILabs and @firecrawl for search
→ @spacexai grok as the default model, @cohere for reranking
→ @resend for the scheduled research emails
→ Fumadocs by @fuma_nama for the docs
→ @biomejs and @bunjavascript for the toolchain
MIT, and it deploys to Vercel, Docker, or a plain VPS.
→ git.new/miniscira
