Google just dropped a free 8-minute lesson on building your first AI agent. This is the clearest explanation of AI agents and loops you'll find anywhere. People are paying $500 for courses that teach less than this. Watch it, then read the step by step guide on building loops for your agents below.

The most valuable skill sets on the planet right now: 1. people who can set up agents properly, manage them, and run local AI models 2. marketers who know how to build distribution 3. robotics engineers who can do all three: build the hardware, wire in the AI, and source manufacturing etc 4. curators who are good at yapping and can do short form video in their sleep 5. the builder-distributor. The one person who can both ship the product AND get it in front of people 6. IRL community builders

this is f*cking gold How to build your first AI agent (Full guide) if I had this a year ago, I would've shipped my first app in a day instead of 2 weeks in the right hands, this changes everything:

A BRAND KIT WENT INTO CLAUDE CODE. A $35,000-TIER ANIMATED SITE CAME OUT - FOR A SUBSCRIPTION AND A FEW DOLLARS OF CREDITS. What's on screen isn't a polished template. It's a fully animated, scroll-driven site, generated end to end in one agentic session. What's actually on the page: → Cinematic motion clips pulled from 30+ generative models → Scroll animations written automatically - zero hand-coded keyframes → 6 cinematic effects baked in with no config: film grain, particles, vignette, glass cards, color tints, scroll pacing Scroll the demo and one question won't go away: did Claude really assemble all of this in a single pass? For boutique studios billing $100-149/hr, that question lands like a verdict. What it normally takes: → A designer, a motion artist, and a developer → Weeks of handoffs between them → 6 systems wired by hand - GSAP ScrollTrigger, Lenis smooth-scroll, frame extraction, asset optimization, layout, copy That pipeline was the moat. It's what justified the invoice. Here's the part studios and their clients won't enjoy hearing. The price gap: → Boutique agency build: $6,000-$35,000+ → Industry average project: ~$5,280 → Delivery cost: a Claude subscription + a few dollars of Higgsfield credits → Timeline: weeks of production → a single session One operator can now run all six systems in one pass and ship a working site - without touching a frame extractor or writing a CSS keyframe by hand. Full breakdown of how it's built in the article below. Save it & read today 👇

one more thing, found a site with 𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬+ 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, each one a DESIGN.md your agent reads directly. every one comes with: - color palette + tokens - type scale - spacing / layout rhythm - component patterns - overall mood + guide looks ripped from real products, Stripe, Linear, Vercel, Notion, ElevenLabs. drop one into your project, run a pass to align your UI to it, done. Opus handles this kind of task better. styles.refero.design
stop telling Claude Code/Codex "the colors look off". stop telling Claude Code/Codex "the font's ugly". stop telling Claude Code/Codex "the spacing's weird". you never gave it a 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺, so it ships defaults, and you nitpick every build. here are 8 prompts and goals you can copy-paste directly.

Anthropic engineer: "You're not supposed to prompt Claude. You're supposed to build a system that prompts itself." Loops. Most builders are doing this wrong: No memory file, so every loop starts from zero. No sub-agent split, so one agent tries to do everything. No stop condition, so loops run forever and bill you in your sleep. Most builders are missing at least two of the three. Watch the video first. Then read this - everything you need to know about Loops in 2026, in one place. Bookmark this before it gets buried.

I wanted to give everyone a preview of what's in the Library, so I put 3 live articles on interfacecraft.dev If I was smarter I'd probably have asked for your email first, but sometimes you just gotta do it for the love of the game, not growth.
Means & Methods is now live on interfacecraft.dev. A collection of practical techniques to achieve excellence in interface design, covering 100+ topics across 11 chapters, with plenty of interactive examples and code. New members welcome; enjoy!

I'm joining OpenAI next week!🥹 The job search turned out to be really challenging but also super rewarding, so I wrote a small blog to share what I learned along the way and hopefully make the process a little less mysterious for the next person. alisawuffles.github.io/blog/…

🚨 Yarchi just published an awesome guide on building an AI "second brain" using Claude and Obsidian Based on @karpathy's LLM Wiki concept, the idea is to stop starting from a blank chat window and start building a compounding knowledge graph. Obsidian handles the local storage. Claude acts as the brain. I wrote down the condensed notes on how to wire them together: The Stack: → Install Obsidian (your free, local text storage) and Claude Desktop Pro (the engine that reads and writes files). The Bridge: → Install the "Local REST API" plugin in Obsidian, copy the key, and use Claude’s MCP framework to connect them (claude mcp add-json obsidian-vault...). The Context: → Ask Claude to interview you. Have it ask about your goals, projects, and working style, then save it all to a CLAUDE.md file so it never forgets who you are. The Structure: → Create specific project folders (Inputs, Process, Outputs, Feedback) and open them as isolated vaults so Claude stays focused on one job at a time. The Automation: → Save repeated workflows as markdown "skills" and use Claude's schedule tab to trigger daily vault maintenance. Voilà! You end up with an AI that organizes your files, summarizes your notes, and remembers your entire context. Full guide from Yarchi here ↓

GOOGLE CEO SUNDAR PICHAI: "IF YOU DON'T LEARN HOW TO ORCHESTRATE AGENTS NOW, YOU'LL SPEND 2027 CATCHING UP TO PEOPLE WHO STARTED TODAY." 30 minutes on why the best engineers stopped writing code line by line and started orchestrating agents instead. Most people think building an agent requires an engineering degree. It doesn't. It requires one guide and one afternoon. Watch the interview. Then save the exact setup below. One guide. One afternoon. That's all it takes. The gap between you and the engineers winning in 2027 closes this weekend.

Anthropic research lead: "Our agents fix themselves 100 times before a human reviews a single output. That's the only way this scales." She calls it the only pattern that survives in production. 19 minutes of how Anthropic actually closes the agent loop internally. The agent writes. A second pass critiques. The loop runs until the output verifies itself. No human in the middle. No babysitting. Dozens of agents running at once. Watch the full talk, then save the setup below.

🚨Anthropic just showed a 24-minute workshop on how to actually do prompts for Claude. Taught by the people who built it. Free. No registration. No paywall. I've seen $300 courses that don't cover what they teach in the first 8 minutes. Watch it and bookmark it now.

Met a guy making $1.6 million a year. Three days ago he was at a Meta conference. Told me he saw the best AI talk of his life. Boris Cherny was on stage. Showed how the Anthropic team actually uses Claude day to day. Boris deleted his IDE eight months ago. Now he codes from his phone. I watched it last night. Had to pause it twice. Not because it was hard. Because I realized I've been using Claude like a toy. He sent me the recording. It was never published. Posting it below.

The four best brand identities in tech right now, as seen through their OG images: - @clay - @posthog - @fal - @cohere Honorable mention: @NousResearch My criteria: - Original/refreshing: "How did they think of that?" - Recognizable: Don't need the wordmark to know it's them - Consistent: Works at scale across web and IRL, not just a one-off art piece that looks good - Aligned: Fits the vibe of the product and company

I genuinely don't understand why everyone isn't using this yet Andrej Karpathy, a co-founder of OpenAI, posted a simple idea that hit 16 million views: stop using AI to write code, use it to build a second brain. You point Claude Code at a folder, drop in any source, an article, a transcript, a PDF, and Claude reads it, links it, and files it into a living wiki of everything you know. It compounds like interest, the more you feed it, the smarter it gets. Here's the whole thing: > Install Obsidian, create a vault, open it in Claude Code > Paste Karpathy's wiki idea file and tell Claude to build it > Claude makes three folders: raw for sources, wiki for its pages, a CLAUDE.md that runs it > Drop any source into raw and say "ingest this" > Ask questions across everything, forever Five minutes to set up, and you never start from a blank chat again. Full step-by-step guide with Claude and Obsidian, link below. Bookmark this

Two things: 1. This is incredible @Jaytel — 2. The browser is still the most important consumer surface
I built myself a chrome extension called Pose Any clothing model of any store becomes me. Each brand still conveys their brand aesthetic, but I can quickly understand how something would look on me.
