We are releasing our first model, Flint, a best-in-class local OSS coding model that runs at 150+ tokens/s on an @nvidia DGX Spark and 125+ tokens/s on a MacBook Pro M4—developed from scratch in less than four months with help from @Recursive_SI's autoresearch system.
Introducing Flint, @Recursive_SI’s first model: a fast local coding model built with our automated research system, the Eureka Machine.
• Best-in-class fast local coding
• Up to 2x faster than comparable models: 125+ tokens/sec on a MacBook Pro, 150+ on RTX Spark
• Built from scratch in under 4 months
Private, unmetered intelligence on your own machine. Open weights available now on @huggingface, run it locally on your favorite framework or try it for free on @opencode or @pidotdev.
Today we're announcing our second employee tender offer.
We passed $100m ARR earlier this year and now have more than 40,000 paying customers.

”We need men to show other men and boys that you can be strong and respected without putting women down or using violence against them.”
This was the message delivered by Suzanne Innes-Stubb, spouse of the President of the Republic of Finland, at the Girls’ night event organised by SuomiAreena and UN Women Finland in Pori on Wednesday 24 June.
Mrs Innes-Stubb took part in a discussion with David Pelicot, a French human rights advocate dedicated to combating sexual violence against women.
The event also marked the launch of a commitment called “Every man’s responsibility. Don't stay silent – be part of the solution”. President of the Republic of Finland @AlexStubb was the first signatory of the commitment.

It's the first time I'm taking a look back at a year in this format. Sharing my thoughts. If you enjoy the read, drop us a note and who knows, maybe this becomes a new tradition? 😉
PS: We've recorded the "roadmap" video, more about that in the next few weeks. 🤝

We’re launching @thetokenco (YC W26) today.
We compress LLM inputs before they reach the model.
Fewer tokens, lower cost, faster inference.
Models also perform better. In customer case studies we’ve seen a +5% lift in user purchases due to higher preference for outputs from compressed prompts.
The API is live. Link in the comments
Updated my blog post with something I should’ve included from beginning: proper recognition of Royale creators whose passion — from tournaments to content to community building — was central to game's best year ever. That's on me, and me alone. I'm sorry. supr.cl/best-games

It was an honour to be on Sequoia Capital's Crucible Moments podcast! We’ve been very lucky and it was fun to reflect back on our journey.

@ipaananen built @supercell into Europe’s first decacorn by inverting the standard corporate hierarchy and radically accepting failures.
