u realize humans selectively bred fruit to be sweeter for good reason. intuitively it tastes better if its sweeter so they kept breeding it listening to their natural senses. more glucose and fructose is actually a good thing. thyroid function, liver glycogen, etc

protein that isnt bioavalible, the fat is mostly pufa/omega 6 which is inflammatory kills ur metabolism and hormones, we did eat a ton of meat. U can even look at tribes that exist today that live like humans did before agriculture their diet mainly consists of animal foods
fiber is indigestible, we have a gut more acidic than a lion's, we don't have large canines like a lion or carnivore because we evolved to hunt using tools and weapons. nuts and berries are missing 29 essential micronutrients, and missing both fat and protein which are essential.
