If it happens continuously for a couple of years, that people are abducted and tortured, it will stop appearing abominable. It will appear to be part of our normal - and that could be part of the torturers’ strategy. It will shock you that any evil done repeatedly loses shock value, and people can get used to it - or even defend it as ‘our way’ or ‘culture’. Just the same way some fathers negotiate and sell their own daughters and find it reasonable to think of the prices they set as ‘tokens of appreciation’ . No matter how glaring or obvious, no explanation of the problems of the practice will clear the fog of ‘normal’ from their heads. The answer will be: This is how we have always done it.

Rest well Mukyaala kibalama and Mukyaala Damulila. Just to let you know these mothers were also murdered by the state because they couldn't stop demanding for their husbands who were abducted by the ugandan state operatives 7 yrs ago.
Their husbands were also murdered by State.

So this is the devil who shot John Bosco Kibalama in the head and murdered him in cold blood!

I have just received corroborating information from three independent sources in the SFC, none of whom knows the others, that JohnBosco Kibalama was shot and killed by Asaph Nyakikuru Mweteitse using a PK light machine gun. According to these sources, his body was buried in a mass grave at the Special Forces Command (SFC) headquarters, near the perimeter wall of the late George Kanyeihamba’s house.
The sources further prove that the same mass grave contains the remains of 357 other Ugandans who were abducted before, during and after the 2021 military operation masquerading as a general election.
Before his reported killing, Kibalama had suffered paralysis, much like our comrade Sam Mugumya.
The information I have received also indicates that Sam Mugumya was facing a similar fate. According to the accounts, had videos showing his condition not been released, he too would have been shot and killed. Following the circulation of those videos, he was transferred to another house near Mbuya and his guards courtmartialed, other inmates transferred to Nakasongola barracks.
The sources have proof in form of evidence, they need protection as witnesses, and also need to first be evacuated.

Lord have mercy. These innocent souls did not deserve to go through this. They deserved to grow with their parents. NRM government and everyone responsible will face wrath of ugandans soon. Bank this.

Perhaps Hon. @JoelSsenyonyi was surprised that Hon. Ofwono Opondo would be the one to stand with him against the trend of abduction and disappearance of people. However, the truth is many people in NRM are disgusted too - only that they lack the courage to speak out. I randomly meet many of them, but I haven’t talked to a single that privately supports the abductions and torture. It takes a certain degree of inner deadness and lack of foresight to support that cruelty.

Intel on Kibalama JB is that he was murdered. He died at the hands of the abductors who tortured him to death. And his body was dumped to decompose. That’s why the regime is silent whenever calls for his release are made.
Dictator @KagutaMuseveni killed Kibalama.

As a member of the Thomas Committee: show me the wounds, show me the evidence.
This testimony should be unusually easy to verify.
The man says he had rectal cancer, several operations, treatment in Milan and Uganda, worked with State House, crossed paths with the late Keith Muhakanizi, may the ancestors receive him with honour, received financial help from identifiable people, and is still undergoing radiotherapy.
That is not just a testimony. That is a trail.
There are two questions:
Was he really sick?
And if so, is he really healed?
The man lifts his shirt and says his abdomen was extensively cut, yet there is no obvious large scar. But let’s assume it was a laparoscopic low anterior resection.
Fine. Show us the operative report.
He says Muhakanizi found him in Milan. Public records can confirm Muhakanizi was there, but that does not confirm this man was with him.
And unfortunately for this testimony, the dead make convenient witnesses. They cannot be cross-examined.
So we turn to the living.
He says he worked with State House. @StateHouseUg, perhaps someone can identify him.
He also says Col. Amon Kagina contributed UGX 9 million toward his treatment. Can the Colonel corroborate that?
Then there is the most important detail.
He says he was prescribed 45 rounds of radiation and still has 12 remaining.
That means he is still inside the oncology system right now.
So even if we establish that he really had cancer, really had surgery, really went to Milan and really received treatment, that only proves he was sick.
It does not yet prove he was healed.
What do the latest scans and oncology reports say?
Even the Catholic Church, which explicitly believes in miracles, does not simply hear “I am healed” and close the file. It looks for medical evidence and independent scrutiny.
And since Pastor Kayanja posted this testimony on his own timeline during an active public debate, it is fair to treat it as evidence entered into the court of public opinion.
Very well. Exhibit received.
Now let us test its probative value.
If this man was truly healed, then establishing that fact carefully is not an inconvenience to faith.
It may be part of the witness.
