Eduardo Paulino illegally entered in 2023. On Sept. 14 he was busted for punching a stranger in a parking fight on East 139th Street. ICE wanted him for removal, but the charges weren’t bail-eligible under New York’s rules, so he walked free. Saturday night cops showed up to a loud, rowdy gathering in Hunts Point. Paulino hopped in a white Honda Pilot, hit the uniformed officer in the legs while trying to get away, and took off. The cop went to the hospital with serious leg injuries but is stable. Marshals arrested Paulino Monday; he now faces attempted murder of a police officer and is held on bail, with the ICE detainer still active. Democrats let him in, put the PREDATOR back on the street, and an NYPD cop paid for it. End sanctuary cities.
