If schools open at half capacity in the fall (very likely) that means there will be 900,000+ children in NYC each day who need a place to be. We need to start thinking super boldly and creatively about new spaces for care and learning.

There are two critical childcare bills on @GovKathyHochul's desk. One reduces the burden of reapplying to benefits year after year, which would reduce massive amounts of paperwork for 81% of families in the system and save taxpayer money. A no brainer! #NYSUniversalChildCare
