OK: If we follow each other and you have an old photo you’d like restored, or a badly lit one you’d like improved, reply to this tweet with it and I’ll do it for free. I can’t promise when I’d get to them, and won’t do revisions or more than 1 per person, or i’d have to charge.

Jimmy Stewart and zombies, mashed up the old fashioned way. Our short film It’s a Wonderful Night of the Living Dead took a year to make, ended up playing in a few Oscar-qualifying film festivals, and is now available to watch from your toilet.

Well here’s an incredible fact for the day we turn back time. This naval gun, being straddled by Cher in the video to If I Could Turn Back Time, is the same naval gun also pictured here, as the Japanese sign the declaration of unconditional surrender, formally ending WW2.

John Boorman has a good line about this. When you make a film, you’re turning money into light. But the real trick is that you have to then turn the light back into money.
Filmmaking can never be ethical. You are stealing light and sound and putting it inside a little box. That is not nice
