Right, also can’t help but notice that the people who cheered *threatening Greenland* and appeasing Putin would like us to take their lead in foreign policy.
Why would the Israelis do this?

Republicans supported the decision to go to war against Iran. I think we have to take into account the unhappiness with status of the war, but the support fell when officials started saying things like the terrorists in Tehran want a new peaceful path with the U.S. as they were literally shooting at our forces. Once the decision to take the fight to Iran was made, we needed to follow through and Trump should’ve put Sec Rubio and Adm Cooper in charge of explaining it to the electorate. Still should.
the iran war was january through march 2026. this all started april 2025 with liberation day. you cannot run on fixing the economy and then ignoring price increases from tariff policy.

I dunno. Seems like not winning it—and listening to people who advocated losing it—was the far bigger mistake.
The Iran War is the greatest political blunder in the last two decades at least. A catastrophically stupid decision. An unforgivable betrayal of America First principles.

Indeed. Hard to learn all the right lessons. But this is a good start.
The NatCons running out to blame all of this on the Iran war want you to ignore the fact that Trump's freefall began on Liberation Day and their protectionist economic policies are deeply unpopular. (Tho there are lots of reasons for what's happening)

The Kings may lose 70 games, but Darius Acuff is still the exact same player America fell in love with in college

This is just not a good situation for anyone. I understand where St. John Paul II is coming from and I understand how this can be a difficult situation for Briarwood who will lose revenue as a result. All the blame falls on the AHSAA for creating this disaster!

This lawsuit is absolutely crazy. The schools that have chosen to be in NCAA Division III subscribe to a philosophy built around "prioritizing the overall educational experience of student-athletes"...where "academics are the primary focus of the student-athlete experience." (NCAA members that want a more athletics-based model can move to Division I or Division II.) In alignment with that, these member schools have agreed "Division III financial aid is based on need and academic merit rather than athletics ability, reinforcing the division’s commitment to the overall educational experience"...thus no athletics-based scholarships. It's not price fixing lol. Each school determines what the school costs. It can set tuition at $15,000 per year...or $100,000...or whatever. Students that *choose to* attend a Division III school make a conscious decision to pay the cost...knowing there are no athletics-based scholarships (but that they can get financial aid based on need and merit...like every other student). Again, the students make the decision to attend...they are not forced to. Absolutely silly lawsuit.
An eye-raising new lawsuit filed this evening: two former and one current NCAA Division III athletes filed suit against the NCAA over Division III rules barring athletic scholarship, claiming that the restriction amounts to illegal price fixing under antitrust law.

I could not believe Arkansas decided to punt the ball with 1:45 to go in the game. In theory, trade out all three of your timeouts to get the ball back at the same area of the field with just over a minute left IF you can even stop them on the ground. People would be upset if Arkansas didn't convert 4th-and-10, but they wouldn't have been booing from the stands over it. You had built a little good will and momentum even in a loss, and then just throw it away with a really terrible decision. Bad decisions, and a failure to capitalize on your opponent's mistakes. #wps
