Even if what you said is true. They're still competing interpretations of the same thing. That is a distinction without a difference.
"Interpretation" is a technicality, not something I made up. They're different interpretations of one theory. I just remembered that "Copenhagen" is the actual name of one interpretation; wave function collapse is the phenomenon it posits as an effect of measurement.
