I'm at the Frankfurt Airport, flying to JFK, and you wouldn't issue me my boarding pass online or via your app because you needed to check my passport - fair enough. So at the airport, your person checked my passport... And pointed me to a massive 1+ hour line of everyone checking bags. But I'm not checking a bag! Sorry, get in line buddy.
I travel overseas more than a dozen times a year and have never encountered this. Singapore Airlines, YOU SUCK! Fix this problem!
