That’s why I sent a letter to U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer urging him to hold Mexico accountable under the USMCA and press for an end to this abusive practice. The USMCA is not optional. Mexico cannot benefit from free trade with the United States while enabling the Cuban dictatorship to exploit its doctors.
