Those tears that show up in worship when you can’t explain them are often your spirit responding to God’s presence. Your thoughts may not understand what’s happening, but He does. The Bible says the Spirit helps us when we don’t know how to pray, interceding with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26). Those tears are part of that honest prayer coming from deep inside you. Come to worship with an open heart. God meets you there, even in the moments words fail.
