Short answer: Yes. Cloud providers don't make this easy. I believe that #multicloud abstraction, esp. at the network layer, is an imperative. Maybe not now, but soon will be as no #DevOps or #Cloud team will want to do this manually! Too complex, tedious and error-prone.
