I think I’m finally finding the words for what happened at the 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 @worldbex 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. 💜 What we created was more than a competition. We created a stage where 𝟐𝟎 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧, 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐝, 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝. Seeing their projects come alive in front of industry leaders and the community reminded me why I continue doing this work: sometimes talented people don’t need another lesson, they simply need someone to open a door and give them a platform. The community showed up. And together, we made it matter.
