Every bad situation has an opportunity hidden in it. You just need to keep an open mind and an open heart to find it.

A good sign that you have something special as an artist, writer, creative or marketer is when people start copying your ideas, style and creativity. Instead of getting annoyed, use that energy to focus even more on your work. Keep creating and following your own vision. People may copy what you do, but they can never copy the unique connection and inspiration that comes from within you.

If you are young and enjoy sports, please know this: Play football. Run. Lift weights. Get into ball. Use your youth to get good at sports and physical activities that you can enjoy for the rest of your life. Get good early. Put in the work while your body is young, strong and resilient. Imagine how good you could become if you spent years mastering the basics instead of constantly jumping from one thing to another. When I was young, all I wanted was to play football. I never really thought about the importance of building other physical skills that would benefit me later in life. Looking back, I wish I had been more intentional. Football is great, but there is more to fitness than playing matches. Running, lifting weights and developing your strength, balance and endurance are things that will serve you long after your competitive football days are over. The beautiful thing about these activities is that much of your progress depends on your own effort and discipline. You don't need a team, a coach's selection or someone to give you playing time. Just you, your commitment and the willingness to improve. While you're young, take advantage of your energy. Build good habits. Learn proper techniques. Develop your body and understand what it can do. I promise that when you get older, you will appreciate the years you spent investing in your physical health. Team sports are great, but competitive football eventually becomes difficult to maintain. Don't make the mistake of allowing your love for football to be the only thing keeping you physically active. Run. Lift. Play ball. Build strength. Develop endurance. Your future self will thank you.

Ill tell my daughter the worlds gonna try to convince her her bodys a currency, that if men lust it means shes valuable. thats the oldest lie in the book, painted up all pretty but still hissing, eat this and youll feel like god for a hot minute and pay double every minute after. only woman who sells herself cheap is the dumbass who doesnt know shes expensive, gold that got convinced its copper, trading itself for chump change. all that matters is you know what youre cost before anybody gets a chance to name your price for you, cause if you dont know best believe somebody else does, and they aint planning on paying what youre worth.

I don't divide my life into categories like work or vacation. To me, everything is connected. I simply wake up and get things done. I don't need a strict schedule. Sometimes inspiration comes at 2 a.m. and I act on it. I may have a rough idea or a short list of things I want to accomplish that day, but that's about it.

You get good ideas by being around the right people. There are many simple ways to make a lot of money right now, but you may never discover them because you don't spend time with people who are already doing it. When you meet someone who is successful in a certain business, spend time with them. The more you learn about what they do, the more you start thinking like them. You may even find your own way into that business or create similar opportunities.

Things I cannot take for granted while living in my '3rd world' Kenya: - the liberty to grow my own indigenous food. From shamba direct to the kitchen. - not needing to work 3 jobs to afford basic needs. - eating healthy isn't expensive - access to free roaming chicken, goat, sheep, beef etc With good governance, Kenya can can offer the best for every Kenyan.

I don't want to live in a world where we've become so good at managing our emotional responses to suffering that we've forgotten how unacceptable the suffering actually is.

I can fight my bad habits by thinking about the kind of person I want my future children to see. I believe the best way to influence people is to lead by example. If my children see me always on my phone, spending hours playing video games and eating junk food, won't they grow up doing the same? And how can I expect them to behave differently when that's what they see me doing? So I read because I want them to love reading too. I try to be kind, calm and happy because life is already difficult and I want them to understand that how we treat others and ourselves is a choice. I train hard because I know children won't naturally want to go to the gym. I can only hope they will see how exercise makes me a better and healthier person. You will never change until you truly decide to. Sometimes, life has to give you a serious wake up call. For me, there is no greater motivation than becoming the kind of person I would want my children to grow up and become.

Constant distraction is one of the biggest enemies of enjoyment. Always reaching for your phone is slowly destroying your ability to enjoy the things you love. You keep skipping songs, checking TikTok while playing Call of Duty, losing interest in movies, or taking snaps at sporting events instead of enjoying the moment. If you want to enjoy life the way you used to, you need to break this unhealthy relationship with your phone. Spend as much time being bored and disconnected as you spend online and looking for entertainment. Read for an hour. Take a walk without music. Write in a coffee shop and leave your phone in the car. Sit quietly and do nothing. Eventually, you will learn to enjoy simple things again. You will regain your ability to focus, appreciate the moment and find happiness in ordinary life.

Sometimes my Oura ring tells me that I am just as stressed at work as I am when running. Honestly, I agree. I feel more relaxed running with a high heart rate than sitting at my desk worrying about emails and work messages. Work stress can take a serious toll on your body and mind. Remember, there are many jobs out there, but you only have one body. Don't sacrifice your health for a job. You can always find another job, but you cannot get back the time and health you lose. Do your best. Work hard and produce good results, but never forget to take care of yourself.

Remember, business is built on relationships. People prefer to buy from those they like and trust. Being known is important, but being friendly and genuine matters even more. You won't be liked by everyone, but building honest relationships with people will make them interested in what you do.

A woman who never asks for gifts, not because she is playing games, but because she is genuinely humble and selfless, makes a man want to give her everything. When he sees the beauty and kindness in her heart, he naturally wants to do more for her. A selfless woman inspires a deeper kind of love and devotion. Her gentle and beautiful soul makes him want to treat her like a queen. It's like God's poetry.

The good I want to do is inside me, but I struggle to express it, like a language I can understand but cannot speak. Yet the bad things I hate come naturally and easily. It feels like there is a part of me that I don't understand, but it knows me better than I know myself.

AFTER BOUNCING AROUND WITH MULTIPLE MENS IN HER PRIME YEAR, SHE WILL SETTLE FOR A GUY , WHO WILL FORGIVE HER PAST AND ACCEPT HER. Bro, don't be that nice guy who accepts her and gets her leftovers. She gave her BEST years, best body, best energy, for FREE to the bad boys. No bills, no commitment, just fun. They hit, they left. Now she is 28, tired, with trauma, bills, and trust issues. Now she wants a "good man." A forgiving, submissive husband who will ignore her past, pay her bills, and raise her baggage. Brother, why should you pay full price for a product that 10 men used for free? She gave them the honeymoon, she wants to give YOU the divorce years. She gave them loyalty-free fun, she wants to give YOU trauma and rules. Brother, a woman's past is her future. If she has slept with 20 guys before you, who will stop her from sleeping with 5 more after you? If the animal inside woke up that easily before, it can wake up again. She didn't change. She just got tired. The street got cold and your house looks warm. Don't be the rehab center for a woman who enjoyed being the party house for others.

I want to see humanity reach its full potential. I want us to grow, succeed, break free from our limitations nd explore the amazing universe around us. All my other political beliefs come from this one main desire: to see humanity thrive and achieve great things.
