I posted that my company is hiring , and people started reaching out. One particular person had no display picture. Nothing. I asked for her name. She gave it to me. I asked if they reside in Lagos. She said yes. Then I asked her to send me a picture because I could not see her display picture. Her response? “Oh, this is weird. Bye.” 😂😂😂 Wait, what? You are looking for a job, and a recruiter asks you for basic information, and your response is to walk away? Some of you are not ready for the opportunities you claim to want. Professionalism starts before you get the job. Your attitude during the recruitment process says a lot about you.
