75 years ago, he spoke to the then Archbishop of America, and 26 years ago, he spoke of “our problem” going forward. He was right in both cases. In many ways, including with regard to the need for an Athonite monk to come to America, otherwise the church was lost, Father John Romanides’ saw far and wide, had great discernment, and was a prophetic and powerful voice for patristic orthodoxy in an age of heavy scholastic and Latin distortion of Orthodox theology.

‘The society of God was established when heaven descended upon the earth. When the God-man—the true King—arrived, secular authority murdered thousands of infants in a futile attempt to destroy the coming kingdom. Yet long before that, ample time was needed for the preparation of the entire political world as a suitable environment for the revelation of God. So when the proclamation of the Gospel began, the heavenly message resounded in every direction. The Roman empire, though opposed to the Gospel, served God’s divine plan. It unified the inhabited world and established the furthest-reaching dominion on earth. This single empire, operating in two languages (Latin and Greek), manifested the absolute rule of divinity. The sovereign Lord mystically entered into the very depths of the Roman world. Thus, Rome prepared the way, and from that point onward “the cities came under one worldly kingdom, and the nations believed in one rule of divinity.” The world and God were brought together. The rule of divinity became apparent in the world, breathing life into it ever since, even within its secular domains.’ - Elder Aimilianos of Simonopetra

“History shows that God Himself chose Constantine the Great as emperor and appointed him as spiritual leader of the people. The Roman flag, which came to bear the Cross upon it, expressed the conversion of authority to the service of the Gospel. Although a monarch, Constantine did not see himself as an absolute ruler, but rather as a servant of the Church. Of course, he was obliged to uphold certain external customs, such as being venerated as a god, given that the Roman mindset would not have enabled him to govern otherwise. However, he refused to be called a god, preferring to identify himself as a representative and servant of God. He was the first emperor to go from king to servant. Great was his humility. He granted benefits to Christians, encouraged peace among the local churches through his support, and issued coins depicting himself in prayer before God. Whenever a decision was to be made, he prayed like David. He honoured the bishops. He forbade the subjugation of Christians by Jews. He supported monastics and prayed that the people would turn to Christianity. At night, Constantine would read, pray, write speeches and prepare theological lessons. The people, bishops, and spiritual shepherds would gather around him to learn about God. He convened the First Ecumenical Council. He sat with the bishops and priests and listened to them, having dialogue with them about differences in dogma, tradition and administration. He arbitrated for them and promised to assist in whatever way possible. He embraced them and kissed them. He spoke Greek with them quite fluently, using the vernacular. Why did he do all this? He felt compelled as a servant of Christ. Constantine the Great was also concerned with the prosperity of all the people. He established Sunday as a day of rest, while also allowing the same on Fridays for those who wished to honour the day of Christ’s crucifixion. He reduced taxation and banned gladiator fights. He amended the law concerning capital punishment, supported the institution of the family, prohibited the selling of babies, assisted marital life and the monastic way, and issued a law that allowed anyone without children to pass on their inheritance to a relative, an option that was previously impossible in Roman law. He embraced everything: the populace, civic life and the Church. He reshaped the very foundations of society. Some said that he was remarkably calm and meek and that he shone like the sun. Following the example of Constantine the Great, Justinian continued to build churches, support Christians and enact new laws. All of the above are to be understood in the light of God’s love. For it is God who made it all possible. A true leader guides his subjects in both secular and spiritual matters. When we study the empires of East and West, we see that the leaders were regarded as divine, reflecting their acceptance of a religious function. In this spirit, the Byzantine state entrusted the Church, as far as possible, with the care of people’s well-being, since the Church retains the correct understanding of body and soul. The Church, therefore, assumed responsibility for institutions that distributed medicine and clothing. Such institutions often received assistance from wealthy citizens or the local bishop, making treatment possible for many ill patients. The empire had plenty of homes for the elderly and poor, orphanages and guesthouses. Although this all took place under the auspices of the Church, it in turn did not seek to acquire more followers through this ministry, but only to care for the whole human person in both body and soul. This is why emperors and empresses would visit the sick day and night. They embraced them, identified their needs, and gave appropriate instructions to those entrusted with their care.” - Elder Aimilianos of Simonopetra, Christian Polity: the Salt of Society

Icon of St. Auxentios of Mt. Katirli, the ascetic and spiritual father of Patriarch Cyril V of Constantinople. The holiness of his life and his many spiritual gifts inspired a multitude of pilgrims to seek his blessing and healing prayers. He supported and blessed the 1755 Decree of the Three Patriarchs—Cyril V of Constantinople, Matthew of Alexandria, and Parthenios of Jerusalem. That decree declared: "We deem the baptisms of heretics worthy of rejection and abhorrence as being disconsonant with and alien to the Divine Apostolic edict and as ineffectual waters, as the Divine Ambrose and St. Athanasios the Great say, since they provide no sanctification to those who receive them, nor are they of any avail to the cleansing of sins. We receive as unbaptized those who come over to the Orthodox Faith, who were baptized without being baptized, and without any hazard we baptize them in accordance with the Apostolic and Synodal Canons, upon which Christ’s Holy, Apostolic, and Catholic Church, the common Mother of us all, firmly rests."

‘Exo-Christian worship and religiosity see the priest as a bearer of authority to offer “sacrifices” to the divine, to placate it and to reconcile it with the populace. But this would presuppose a “god” who requires sacrifices and offerings: in other words, a god who must receive in order to give! With the Incarnation of God the Logos, that is, the entry of God enfleshed in History, every such perception has literally been erased. God, Who is truly Love (because He is foreign to every kind of self-seeking), “receives” nothing, because He is “not in need of” and “does not need to”. He doesn’t need to take anything from us – not even our very worship – which is only for our own spiritual benefit. He is the One Who gives everything and Who dispenses Grace and Life to all of Creation, while the climax of His love was His Son’s sacrifice – not for supposedly atoning for the offense caused by our sins (which is Frankish mythology), but for human sin to be crushed upon the Cross and for our deterioration to be defeated by His death.’ - Protopresbyter George Metallinos, Apostolic Messages, p. 114

Carl Schmitt hated Jews, thought that they should be purged from intellectual life, and told people to study Mein Kampf for its insights. He was a proto-CRT scholar, who thought that ideas should be judged based on the race of the person who holds them. No wonder the fascist right loves this guy. Liking Schmitt is a way to signal fascist views and then be able to turn around and say "come on man, it's just a harmless intellectual, are you afraid of ideas or something?"

They say “Latinizer” the same way leftists say “white man,” with the same spirit and from the same intention.

"If ever someone dared to speak reproachfully of the Holy Mountain or its monastics, he would react with resolute zeal and unshakable loyalty, proclaiming: 'Mount Athos is the Panagia. Very much true, but the Protocols were not forged by Russian intelligence.
In other words, conspiracies are a conspiracy. This is probably why the Illuminati was founded by a Jesuit and exposed by a Jesuit, the former being Adam Weishaupt and latter being Augustin Barruel. This is probably why one of the first documents exposing the Rothschilds role in the Illuminati was written by an anonymous author named Satan, who left pamphlets in the street. In fact, Barruel got a lot of his information from an anonymous author too, in a letter written by Jean-Baptiste, or John the Baptist. This is probably why another Jesuit, Léo Taxil, hoaxed an exposé of Masonic Satanism and forged a letter by Albert Pike outlining three world wars. This is probably why Taxil’s work, even though it was totally fabricated, still went on to influence Jack Chick, the evangelical cartoonist and former Lockheed employee who built a business handing out tracts about the New World Order. This is probably why the Taxil hoax also went on to influence the Canadian naval intelligence officer William Guy Carr, who has been called “the most influential source in creating the American Illuminati demonology”. Carr was influenced by more than one hoax though. Carr was also a fan of Nesta Helen Webster, a journalist who was promoted by the press and politicians, specifically Winston Churchill. She was most famous for exposing the public to The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, which she believed was her destiny, since she was the reincarnation of someone persecuted by Jews. But this is probably why The Protocols were leaked in the first place, despite the fact that they were forged by Russian intelligence agents who used plagiarized passages from a political satire called The Dialogue in Hell Between Machiavelli and Montesquieu. Nevertheless, Carr’s mess of misinformation most notably influenced David Icke, Fritz Springmeier, and the Project Blue Beam guy, Serge Monast. He even influenced the radical right-wing John Birch Society and Texe Marrs, the US Air Force officer who became the Christian pastor and conspiracy radio show host that officiated Alex Jones’ first wedding! Carr influenced Jordan Maxwell too. And Maxwell, although a smart man, seemed to be duped by demons who appeared to him as aliens that said they were guiding his earthly mission. Similarly, Bill Cooper, although seemingly genuine, was probably fed misinformation about UFOs by his “friends” in the CIA like John Lear. Springmeier, who famously wrote Bloodlines of the Illuminati, was probably infiltrated by the CIA too, by people like Cathy O’Brien, who admits her husband is a “former” CIA agent who rescued her and “deprogrammed” her from MKUltra. If that’s even true, it sounds like he just implanted new false memories in her! Anyways, Springmeier, like Jack Chick, got a lot of ideas from John Todd, a mentally ill self-proclaimed “Illuminati insider” who left the military and infiltrated the Jesus Freak movement before getting locked up in prison. But yeah, all of this is probably why a member of the papal knighthood, Bill Donovan, helped create the CIA. And this is probably why the CIA helped create the Discordian Society, which used Crowleyites like Robert Anton Wilson to publish some of the most mainstream books about UFOs and the Illuminati. None of this stuff is a secret. It’s pretty obvious they want it to be out there. The disinfo network continues to expand through new talking heads everyday. They all talk about the same recycled ideas, from the same unreliable sources. Are they trying to rewrite our history and replace reality with fiction? Well, Nick Land and the Dark Enlightenment guys would tell you yes, yes they are. And that’s probably because their sci-fi New World Order isn’t the final Antichrist. The real one will rescue us from it! Then, they can destroy ancient Christianity and lead people into Gnosticism. They will disguise intellectualism as mysticism. But like I said, we won’t even need discernment if we attain the “one needful thing”.

The Catholic hierarchy is portrayed as a system of mutual protection among closeted gαy clergy: cardinals promote gαy bishops, nuncios and bishops promote others who share their secret. Exposing one could expose the others, so abuse scandals are covered up to protect the network.
Cardinal Spellman managed the Vatican’s covert support for CIA operations in Gladio, helping fund black ops. A close friend of Roy Cohn—Donald Trump’s mentor—he also participated in the Plaza Hotel’s blackmail parties, which used underage victims to compromise powerful figures.

I still cannot understand Evola and Guénon’s silence regarding Portugal. Both argued that the Templars were custodians of the Primordial Tradition. Yet after the dissolution of the Templars, their legacy continued in Portugal through the Order of Christ.

Why is it that the Ninth Ecumenical Council was presided over by the Roman Emperor, despite the earlier fall of the See of Rome to the Franks, whereas there was no Ecumenical Council after the fall of Constantinople? For those who defend a maximalist view of Moscow as the Third Rome, wouldn't it make sense for there to have been an Ecumenical Council even after the fall of Constantinople?

“So it is with the Holy Scripture. In the hands of someone inspired by God, who is in the state of illumination or glorification, it is divinely inspired. In the hands of a pseudo-theologian, however, Holy Scripture is nothing.” -- Fr. John Romanides “Having never seen (Christ) and never having deserved to hear His voice, how can His holy will, as pleasing as it is perfect, be taught to you? If you say that you will learn it from Scripture, I ask the question: ‘How will you, who are completely dead and lying in darkness, hear it and put it into practice, so that you become deserving of life and of the vision of God?’ In no way at all!” -- St. Symeon the New Theologian

“This belief was self-evident to the great masses of the industrialized countries. They skipped all intermediary stages typical of the thinking of intellectual vanguards and turned the belief in miracles and an afterlife—a religion without intermediary stages—into a religion of technical miracles, human achievements, and the domination of nature. A magical religiosity became an equally magical technicity. The twentieth century began as the age not only of technology but of a religious belief in technology.” Carl Schmitt, The Concept of the Political
