Jess Wilson has done a good job of papering over the cracks in the Lib party room.
But we still have Vapold vs Pesutto legal action to challenge the validity of $1.55M loan to Pesutto to pay off his defamation bill against Deeming, brought by state executive.
Pesutto would also have to be struggling to service that debt (total 2.3M was awarded, plus his own costs).
Disendorsed Croydon candidate Grant Hutchinson is also threatening legal action.
Fun times!
