People are rarely criticizing you. They're critiquing a snapshot of your words or actions.
They won't see the full you. You can still learn from their reactions to that image of you.

Remote work was a fast growing trend before covid-19. SaaS collaboration tools are so good now that dispersed teams (that are almost by definition more diverse!) can now be super effective. But hiring/onboarding in many countries is a challenge. This is what @remote solves.
