So that was a new spam call: Answered the office phone and had someone on the other end ask "Who is this?" Repeated myself. After some confusion we figured out that her phone rang too and we were both connected to each other. Why? To prove that our phone numbers were active?
Hey @perfectairellc, why are these sonic humidifiers so damn delicate??! I’m about to purchase my FOURTH (or maybe not with this streak). First the fan craps out, then they basically fall to pieces in your hands. At $50 each, they should not be so disposable.

Because of YT’s compression settings for video, I think the stupid donation ticker on the RNC’s livestream is ruining their live feed. It’s too much moving information. My livestream feed is awful. I don’t think it can pump enough data through the tubes.

Hey #sourdough twitter, late night Q: my bulk fermentation seems to be taking too long. I might have let my levain run too long before mixing into dough. Do I leave out until morning to form into loaves (and risk overproof?) or shape and chill overnight with 🤞🏼? Halp!
