As the kids start to collect candy from various relatives as Halloween gets closer, I've snuck my fair shares of "dad tax". The best part is, they don't even know...
I asked AI for questions on all parts of the CCIE exam, and I scored about as I expected. Strong in switching, routing protocols, and SD-WAN, but weak in things like multicast and IPv6. A good baseline and now have a decent starting point on study plan layout
Currently struggling with 2 things. CCIE lab-wise, should I do one comprehensive lab and build it piece by piece, or do a bunch of small labs based on the topic?
Also, I'm not sure how to take notes in a well-structured format. Recopying INE outline-style notes seems inefficient

A gorgeous galaxy marks the spot in this image, but the real treasure is the gravitational lens in the lower-right corner, where a distant background galaxy is being magnified and distorted by the gravity of a closer galaxy: go.nasa.gov/3VPDX4S
ALT A spiral galaxy with two distinct arms forming a backwards "S" shape is in the foreground, against a background of many other much smaller, more distant galaxies. In the right lower corner, a gravitational lens can be seen, with a large, distinctive arc to the upper left.

Some stats on #php2shell. In the 10 hours before it was publicly announced, across the @Cloudflare network we saw thousands of attempts to exploit it. That jumped to tens of thousands in the 45 minutes post announcement, hundreds of thousands within 2 hours, and millions now.

For years, researchers speculated that a plane-shaped object submerged in the lagoon on the Pacific island of Nikumaroro could be Amelia Earhart's missing aircraft. But a recent expedition has found that the “Taraia Object” is far more mundane: on.natgeo.com/2KUPqO
Finished my older daughter's softball season last night. This season had it's challenges from the coaching side but she did great and really grew into the game. Also, got a few hugs from some of the girls (which wasn't on my bingo card) - makes all the challenges worth it.
