PLEASE RT! My husband was cycling and got hit on 7/25 around 3:40pm. He is in the ICU with a fractured skull & brain injury. We can’t find any surveillance footage and need the bystander who called 911 or any witnesses. If you have info on this hit and run PLEASE CONTACT ME!
