Fair question. Some do call it a bridge, and Solana is under the hood. We don't hide that.
What matters: the asset is a real Rune on Bitcoin. Every token is backed 1:1 by its Rune at a 2-of-2 Bitcoin address anyone can check (etchy.fun/verify), and you can take the Rune to your Bitcoin wallet any time.
Bitcoin-only users never touch Solana: they sign with their Bitcoin wallet, pay in BTC, cash out in BTC. Solana is just the engine that makes it fast.
Still early on that side. Most volume is Solana-native for now.

S.A.M.M. (Self-Amplifying Momentum Machine) is the first evolution of the original snowball model, introducing volume-indexed buybacks that automatically scale with market activity.
every coin launched through SAMM follows the same mechanism:
- creator fees are automatically collected into a dedicated vault.
- buybacks are sized relative to the coin's trading volume over the previous hour.
- purchased tokens are permanently burned, continuously reducing supply.
volume → fees → buybacks → burns → reduced supply
higher trading volume fuels larger buybacks, while quieter periods automatically reduce their size.
the greater the volume, the faster the snowball can grow. the supply only shrinks.

▍What happened tonight
Since around 7:30 PM (UTC+8), some players had slow page loads, trouble getting in, or in-game lag.
· The game server kept running normally. Your land, balances and items are all safely stored on the server.
· The cause was evening peak congestion: our server is in Hong Kong, and some cross-border routes were dropping a lot of packets during peak hours.
· An update went out at the same time, so every online player had to download the new version at once over those congested routes, and many got stuck on the loading screen. We rolled back to the previous version and optimized the server's network.

What's new:
· A Deposit / Withdraw entry in the top-left menu;

ansem posted the chatgpt goofreck joke, ct asked what it would look like, and chatgpt turned it into a mythical mammalian reptibird.
the image got posted, people laughed, and the timeline moved on.
then months later, one of ansem’s followers showed it to his mom and she actually made the plush.
that part is still hilarious to me because it made the creature feel real before the market cared.
now the cto is basically picking up that old trail. the fees from $goofreck volume are used to buy back $goofreck, then those tokens get sent back out through airdrops to $ansem holders in large batches.
more people see the origin, more people hold and trade it, more fees come in, more tokens get bought back and distributed.
