Harvest isn't finished, but now's the time to think '27. You can see which beans stood up and which you'd do different — it gets fuzzy by winter. 2997XF earned its spot: a top finisher in our local plots. Talk seed while it's fresh — call/text Derek (402) 631-3080 @BecksHybrids

81.6 bushels. On dryland. Read that again.
Beck's 2009XF — the 2.0s — just went 81.6 bu/ac at 12.7% moisture in Seward County.
2.0. #20. Johnny Rodgers. Coincidence??? We think not. 😏
Like the Jet himself, these beans left the competition in the aisle. 😤

We're finding western bean cutworm egg masses in almost every field right now.
If fungicide is on your radar, let's talk through whether an insecticide belongs in the tank, too.

Corn grows fast.
Don't get caught behind on post-emerge applications. Different herbicides have different growth stage restrictions, and once the crop gets away from you, options start to narrow.

Nebraska players went in locker room after game, then were sent out … to party and salute the Husker fans in stands. Wow. Wow. Wow.
Guts. Pure guts.

A big thank you to everyone who came out for the Hwy 66 Beck’s Plot Tour this week in Polk County.
We had a great afternoon walking fields, talking seed, and swapping stories.
Grateful for the time, the conversations, and the community that makes this all worthwhile. 🇺🇸

We’re starting to get a good look at how the Beck’s Hybrids are stacking up.
We’re keeping an eye on ear development and overall uniformity. And so far, *two thumbs up* on what we’re seeing. 👍🏻👍🏻

We know what this season’s like — sun-up to sundown, chasing daylight. But even now, Memorial Day deserves a pause. As a veteran-owned business, this one hits close. We've worn the uniform. We’ve lost buddies. Wherever you are today, take a moment to remember. 🇺🇸

Today, we’re grateful to get to do what we love… working the ground, raising crops, serving our neighbors… Because of the sacrifice of others.
We’re taking a moment to pause and remember the men and women who gave everything for this country. We thank you.
