The issues have been fixed and new macOSicons.com submissions are being approved again, although I'm going through a backlog of 200+ icons!

The provider I use to host macOSicons.com will be shut down soon, so for the past few days I've been working hard on migrating it to a new provider and to ensure that no data is lost. So far, it's going good, and this will also help me reduce costs.
