This only scratches the surface. Medicaid and Medicare fraud it the tip of the iceberg. Just one example: There is multi-generational fraud in a number of ethnic communities. I was a fraud examiner after my military career and my partner, a nurse turned lawyer, and I found over 800 Medicaid fraud cases in less than 2 years (in 2013/14). Our threshold per case filing was $500K and we had dozens of cases over $5M in the aggregate. Guess how many of the cases the affected states took action on: 2.
And Medicare was just as bad, but no Federal District Attorney under Obama would take a fraud case, especially if it was an immigrant or indigenous American Indian. I finally quit after banging my head against the government brick wall for 10 years.
One of my last cases was identifying false "Blue Zones", which is a Demographic term (often co-opted by epidemiologists for what is typically called "supercentenarian clusters") for pockets of populations with a larger number than average folks that were 100 year old or older. We found areas in California, Texas, Colorado and Arizona where certain ethnic groups had sizable Blue Zones that were 6-25X higher than any ever recorded on the planet.
It took only one case to break the code: an ethnic Chinese woman in NorCal was suing a hospital for giving her the wrong blood type during emergency surgery. We reviewed the records and after a single interview, we determined that she had assumed the ID (and medical history) of another Chinese immigrant who had passed away about 6 years previous. The original patient died at age 94, ostensibly making the fraudster 100 or 101. It was later determined that she was 58 or 59 years old. In addition to assuming the late patient's ID, she also assumed her Social Security payments as well as other benefits provided by the government, including food and housing. She paid 30% to a "community trust" which handled the fraud. She was offering to turn in others to avoid a lengthy jail term, but the State of California inexplicably dropped all the charges. Oh yeah, the patient that was suing wasn't the first generation of this fraud, she was the second. The original patient was believed to have passed away in 1989.
Find any community that handles it's own deaths and burials and you will find the same thing. It happens on Indian reservations, in Chinese, East Asian and African communities. Normal at-home deaths are not reported to the state and the "community trusts" handle all burial and cremains repatriation. Another member of the community, usually illegal, but not always, assumes that person's ID and benefits; in many states, they will be admitted to an ethnically affiliated hospice care facility (on paper anyway) and that facility will get funds to care for a patient that only exists on paper. Rinse and repeat. We found one case in southern Arizona where one Native American man was carrying the IDs of six other men and collecting SS, VA, and various retirement pensions for all six of them. His was enrolled at 2 different hospices on Indian reservations 370 miles apart. His monthly payments were in excess of $36K and he got to keep half of that. We notified the State of Arizona and the local Congressional and Senate offices with no results and no action taken.
And I have much worse examples. DOGE needs to be enshrined as a Cabinet-level position and we need biometric validation of everyone collecting federal or state benefits, as a start.

For those confused as to what’s happening in Poland right now…
Imagine if Democrats won Congress, declared the Supreme Court didn't count anymore, ignored its rulings for 3 years, and then, a year before the next election, picked 8 new justices of their own, including a man their leader called his "right-hand man," and when the Republican president refused to swear them in, they swore themselves in and mailed him the paperwork, and when the Chief Justice said that wasn't legal and wouldn't seat them, they waited for a Friday night when the president was on a plane to Africa and had federal security officers who answer to a Democratic cabinet member walk 7 of them into the court through a back gate connected to the Democratic leader's own offices, where one of them announced she had "suspended" the Chief Justice, a move that even a law professor who openly can't stand him said had no legal basis, and then riot police blocked the Chief Justice from entering his own court, the court's website was taken over, the Attorney General moved that same night to strip his immunity so he could be prosecuted, the president had to turn his plane around mid-flight to come home, and the same people who spent years lecturing everyone about respecting the courts went online to say this was the rule of law, that it was painful, and that there was "no other way," which is roughly where Poland is tonight.

I mean - I would love to see half of this happen at the state level in Ohio! Kind of amazing that DeWine hasn’t already done these…
Here’s my list of Day 1 Executive Orders. They’ll be signed before midnight on January 11. Buckle up.
E.O. #1: Investigate local property tax spikes.
This executive order will direct the Department of Taxation, in consultation with the Auditor of State, to review changes in property taxes in every county, township, municipality, school district, and special district in Ohio, and surface how increased property taxes have been spent. Every jurisdiction that has seen an increase of over 100% in property taxes since 2020 will be subject to a full investigation into spending realities and needs.
E.O. #2: End sanctuary cities across Ohio.
This executive order will prohibit Ohio cities, townships, counties, or other local jurisdictions from adopting policies that would prevent or impede their law enforcement from cooperating with federal immigration authorities. Specifically, if a political subdivision does not honor detainer requests or share information as federal law allows, the local government will lose eligibility for state grants run by executive agencies, including public-safety and homeland-security grants, until it complies. The sanctuary city policy would also be referred for possible legal action.
E.O. #3: Stop new data center projects until comprehensive legislation is signed.
This executive order directs every state agency, board, and commission to pause action on any application, permit, incentive or approval for a new data center to give the General Assembly time to pass comprehensive data center legislation that includes my non-negotiable principles.
E.O. #4: Direct the Department of Medicaid to investigate waste, fraud, and abuse.
This order will direct the Department of Medicaid to apply for a Section 1115 waiver that caps Ohio's Medicaid spending, in line with Tennessee's original TennCare III waiver, which let the state keep up to 55 percent of federal savings when it spent below the cap. Under similar terms more of every dollar of fraud that Ohio stops would return to Ohio.
E.O. #5: Prioritize solving violent crimes to rapidly get criminals off our streets.
This executive order will direct the Departments of Public Safety and of Rehabilitation and Corrections to prioritize violent crime clearance rates in discretionary funding available to support local law enforcement. Tools including advanced forensic science will enable local law enforcement to increase the number of violent crimes solved from the current 34% level to aggressively eliminate violent criminality in Ohio cities.
E.O. #6: Comprehensively review all existing state contracts to root out wasteful spending.
This executive order will order a review of every executive-branch contract paid in-part or in-full from the General Revenue Fund. The Department of Administrative Services, working with the Office of Budget and Management, will review each contract's legal basis, necessity, performance, alternatives, and the cost of ending it versus continuing it, then recommend continuation or termination.
E.O. #7: Establish an inter-agency anti-fraud task force, with direct accountability to the Governor.
This executive order will establish an inter-agency task force, reporting directly to the Governor, focused on combating various forms of fraud including, but not limited to: Medicaid fraud, benefits fraud, and child care fraud; visa fraud; voter registration fraud; trucking fraud; foreign CDL licensure; and abuse of foreign hiring by public entities. The anti-fraud task force will consist of experts from across state government and the private sector and may include representatives from the Auditor of State, Secretary of State, and Attorney General.
I mean - it’s not unrealistic!

I was threatened with lawsuits because I claimed that the Islamic Center of Maineville, Ohio’s tax-exempt donation initiative is funded by freight fraud.
Since then, the Uzbek CDL school that fundraises for the mosque, Turan CDL School, has been SHUT DOWN by the @FMCSA for non-compliance.
The Uzbek truck company in charge of the fundraiser, Phoenix Cargo, has been caught on camera by their own driver AND GenLogs traffic cameras swapping their truck signs.
An Uzbek ELD company that received an award for its donations to the Islamic Center of Maineville, State E-logs, was REVOKED by @FMCSA for non-compliance.
The Uzbek printing company Goldman Printing in Loveland, Ohio has had trucks in the parking lot caught on camera swapping out their truck signs after having new truck signs printed.
The leader of the ‘UzbegimAmerica’ Telegram channel, Farkhod Faiziev, that monitors ICE locations and has a heavy presence in the Maineville, Ohio area was captured by @ICEgovERO
***hundreds of members of the Islamic Center of Maineville are ALSO members of ‘UzbegimAmerica’ Telegram channel.
We saw a MASSIVE crackdown last week at the Uzbek Truckbase parking lot in Maineville by @WCSO_Ohio @HamiltonTwpPD @OSHP
We also learned that SIX Uzbek government officials met in Loveland, Ohio with the Islamic Center of Maineville, Ohio leadership to facilitate Uzbek truck companies.
Two former Uzbek government officials create the Uzbek truck companies and help facilitate immigration processes AND one of them is the representative of the Islamic Center of Maineville, Ohio.
Here are the freight stats of the Uzbek truck companies that donated in just the last two years:
Roadside inspections: 3,609
Violations: 4,394
Out-of-service violations: 967
Inspections with an out-of-service: 678

‼️ The PHONY "Daniel Sullivan" of Alaska who is running as a spoiler, has ONE campaign expense…
A law firm in DC called Caplin & Drysdale. Known for representing high-profile Democrats.
The Senior Counsel for that law firm is Trevor Potter.
Trevor Potter formed The Committee to Modernize Voter Registration (CMVR) in 2009 with none other than MARC ELIAS.
Their goals were more lenient voter laws and a modernized automated system using government databases to automatically register eligible voters (with an opt-out). 🤯
Potter is also a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institute.
Phony "Dan Sullivan" sent Trevor Potter’s firm 10K.

"Why does nobody run for the school board?"
"Why are the Rotary clubs empty?"
"Why does every town meeting feel like it's run by the same motley assortment of terrible people?"
Because the men who ought be doing so--the successful local men of prominence, typically businessmen and lawyers--came to the conclusion in the mid-20th century that participation in and leadership of civic life was someone else's job.
This is the desire of the so-called conservative to simply "work" rather than do all the other things that keep entropy at bay and ensure things function. Their doing so left open the field to the worst among us: spiteful malcontents
It wasn't always like this.
The planters of the Virginia gentry served as vestryman, justice, militia officer and burgess, usually before he turned thirty and usually for no pay, other than perhaps having some travel expenses covered as a burgess.
It was expected of him, and he expected it of himself: as a man whose success made him privileged, he was duty-bound to be the one to show up and lead
That habit can come back. It ought come back. It starts with showing up to the boring meeting, and being the sort of man to whom others listen. The sort of man whose reputation for success and competence, and cultivated but not overdone and always aesthetically pleasing look makes others want to follow him
This is what the great men we look back to did, and is indeed what their whole soceity was geared toward producing: great men who were great leaders at every level of civic life, from the humblest station at the bottom to the greatest at the top
Re-engaging in that way will be critical if we are to retake our country.
