What was the Supreme Court doing all along? Now it questions whether the Elect commission has the right to punish voters. At the time of Bengal SIR, etc, did these fundamental questions not bother the court?
ऐसा नहीं हैं मत पत्र से जब गणना होती थी तो दो - ढाई दिन में लोक सभा का परिणाम आ जाता था हाँ प्रारंभिक रुझान के आधार पर 1999 में मधेपुरा में स्वर्गीय शरद यादव धरना पर धांधली की शिकायत करते हुए बैठ गए और चुनाव आयोग ने इन्हें सुनवाई के लिए दिल्ली बुला लिया और इस बीच काउंटिंग पूरी होने पर जो रिजल्ट आया उसमें शरदजी ने लालू यादव को हरा दिया ।कांग्रेस पार्टी 1977-89-96 -98 -99 का चुनाव बैलट पेपर से हुए मतदान में हारी ।हाँ , धीमी गणना के कारण रुझान के आधार पर नीतीश कुमार को तत्कालीन प्रधान मंत्री वाजपेयी जी का फ़ोन भी आ गया था आप कैसे हार गए और उन्होंने सफ़ाई दी अभी काउंटिंग जारी हैं ।

बिहार में विधान परिषद के आठ सीटों के लिए चुनाव हुए जिसमें सबकी नजर सर्वाधिक पटना स्नातक सीट पर टिकी थी क्योंकि यहाँ @Jduonline के अधिकृत प्रत्याशी @neerajkumarmlc को सीधी चुनौती पार्टी विधायक अनंत सिंह से मिल रही थी जिनको केंद्रीय मंत्री @LalanSingh_1 का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त था ।ललन सिंह ना नीरज कुमार के नामांकन ना प्रचार और ना ही वोट डालने गए और क्रिया की प्रतिक्रिया होती हैं ये कहकर अपने समर्थकों को साफ़ संकेत दिया कि नीरज के हार में उनकी रुचि हैं जिसके कारण उनसे ख़ौफ़ खाने वाले कई मंत्री , विधायक पूजा के बहाने घर बैठ गए चूँकि ललन - अनंत की जोड़ी का समर्थन जन सुराज के प्रत्याशी को था इसलिए बीजेपी ने नीरज के समर्थन में अपने नेताओं और कार्यकर्ताओं को लगाया और सबसे बड़ी भूमिका नीतीश कुमार के पुत्र निशांत कुमार की रही जिन्होंने ना केवल नीरज के लिए प्रचार को कमान संभाली बल्कि लगातार मॉनिटरिंग कर जीत सुनिश्चित करायी । इसलिए नीतीश कुमार के बाद पार्टी में अबतक नंबर दो ललन सिंह का नीरज कुमार के जीत के बाद निश्चित रूप से कद छोटा हुआ हैं @iamnarendranath @Anurag_Dwary @ravish_journo

@RahulGandhi कहां जाते हैं किससे मिलते हैं इसमें दिलचस्पी अच्छी बात है लेकिन एक जरूरी तथ्य ये है कि नेता प्रतिपक्ष संवैधानिक नहीं, वैधानिक पद है! इसे 'संसद में विपक्ष के नेताओं के वेतन और भत्ते अधिनियम, 1977' के तहत वैधानिक मान्यता दी गई है जिसमें कैबिनेट मंत्री के समकक्ष वेतन, भत्ते और दूसरी सुविधाओं का प्रावधान है ... कुछ दिनों पहले बीजेपी सांसद निशिकांत दुबे ने लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी को पद से हटाने के लिए प्रस्ताव लाने की बात कही थी लेकिन सदन में उनके खिलाफ ऐसा कोई प्रस्ताव लाकर ऐसा नहीं किया जा सकता है, केवल संवैधानिक पदों पर बैठे लोगों के खिलाफ ही सदन में अविश्वास प्रस्ताव लाया जा सकता है. इसलिये संवैधानिक और वैधानिक पद का यह फर्क मामूली नहीं @manishdekoder

जद(यू) के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष श्री उमेश सिंह कुशवाहा जी के आदेशानुसार, मोकामा के विधायक श्री अनंत कुमार सिंह के द्वारा पार्टी विरोधी गतिविधियों, पार्टी के दिशा-निर्देशों की अवहेलना एवं अभी संपन्न हुए विधान परिषद चुनाव में विरोधी दल के पक्ष में प्रचार करने तथा पार्टी के उम्मीदवार के विरुद्ध प्रचार करने के कारण जद(यू) की उनकी प्राथमिक सदस्यता रद्द की जाती है। साथ ही उचित प्रावधानों के तहत विधानसभा अध्यक्ष से इनकी विधान सभा सदस्यता रद्द करने की सिफारिश भी की गई है।
इसके साथ ही, पूर्व विधानसभा सदस्य श्रीमती नीलम देवी को भी पार्टी विरोधी गतिविधियों में संलिप्त होने के कारण उनकी प्राथमिक सदस्यता रद्द करते हुए अगले 6 वर्षों के लिए निष्कासित किया जाता है।
यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा।
