Once again, the Crown Prosecution Service refuses to act. So now, our lawyers are examining our options.
The CPS has reportedly decided it will not bring about any charges against Harry Marsh, known online as Penofein.
This is a content creator who has built a following by subjecting Jewish people to Jew-baiting pranks, which is why we exposed him and reported him to the police earlier this year.
The Metropolitan Police has now issued a statement in which it reportedly said the CPS found “no realistic prospect of conviction”, and that “the case did not meet the evidential threshold for any charges to be brought.”
The CPS is falling back on its usual habits, dismissing antisemitic crime and failing to recognise its impact on the Jewish community. No wonder over three quarters of British Jews do not think that the CPS does enough to protect British Jews, according to our polling.
But where they refuse to defend our community, we will, as ever, step in.
Harry Marsh, known online as Penofein, is building an online following by harassing Jewish people for content.
Police have contacted him – but only to say he can’t film inside shops.
Meanwhile, platforms like YouTube, Instagram and TikTok continue to host this content, with creators actually profiting from it.
This is a dire situation. Authorities and social media companies need to take urgent action now.

This gathering in the Netherlands sent a clear message of support for Israel.
They want you to believe Israel stands alone. Don’t fall for the lie.

How can the BBC teach about Adolf Hitler with no meaningful reference to the Holocaust?
In its biography of Adolf Hitler, BBC Bitesize – an educational resource for GCSE students – apparently fails to mention key events which led to the Holocaust, including any reference to the “Final Solution”, a plan devised by the Nazis to orchestrate the mass murder of European Jews. It also makes no reference to Kristallnacht, a coordinated, state-led pogrom where Jewish homes, businesses, schools, and synagogues were looted and burned resulting in over 30,000 Jewish men being arrested and sent to concentration camps.
This pathetic attempt at educating students is so alarmingly vacant of key historical references that it almost reads as a whitewash of the Nazi dictator’s brutality.
At a time when antisemitism in schools is at a record high, how can we expect the situation to improve if our resources even on Holocaust education – let alone contemporary antisemitism – are so woefully inadequate.
Combatting antisemitism starts with education, and the BBC must urgently revise this resource.

So many people put the entire blame for the current war with Iran on Israel, while ignoring that Hamas and Hezbollah exist because Iran funds them and that Hezbollah was created by Iran.
History shows a consistent pattern:
•1948: Arab states invaded the day after Israel declared independence. The Jews had accepted the UN partition; the Arabs rejected it and started the war.
•1967: Egypt closed the Straits of Tiran (an act of war), expelled UN peacekeepers, and massed troops. Israel struck first in a preemptive attack after weeks of explicit threats to destroy it.
•1973: Egypt and Syria launched a coordinated surprise attack on Yom Kippur.
•1982: Israel invaded Lebanon after years of PLO attacks from the north and the attempted assassination of its ambassador in London. The scale went beyond the stated goal, but the trigger was not an Israeli initiative.
•2000 Second Intifada: Began after the collapse of Camp David and Ariel Sharon’s Temple Mount visit, which Palestinians treated as the spark. The campaign of suicide bombings and shootings that followed was Palestinian-initiated.
•2006: Hezbollah crossed the border, killed eight Israeli soldiers, and kidnapped two. Israel responded.
•2023: Hamas launched the October 7 massacre.
Before 1948, it was Arab-initiated massacres against Jews.
Safed and Hebron - 1834/1838
Jaffa - 1920
Hebron - 1929
Arab Revolt in Mandate of Palestine - 1936-1939
In every case the large-scale violence began with an Arab or Iranian-proxy attack or an explicit move to war. Israel’s responses, including preemption in 1967 and the 1982 invasion, were reactions to those initiatives.
With just the past 100 years, for anyone to expect Israel to simply sit back and take more and more from the Arabs is delusional.
Soon the Western world will understand what we’ve had to go through when the bloodshed and slaughter by Islamists begins in their cities. We will show the same empathy as we received.

Avi Shlaim, an Oxford professor, says Israel “made it impossible” for Jews to keep living in Baghdad. My mother’s family is from Baghdad. Here is what he left out:
Jewish life under Arab rule was never equal. For centuries Jews lived as dhimmis, a “protected” minority, and the protection came with rules:
• A Jew could not testify against a Muslim in court.
• A synagogue could not stand taller than a mosque.
• Jews could not ride horses or carry weapons.
• Jews paid a special tax for the right to exist.
• Jews wore identifying marks on their clothes, a thousand years before the Nazis.
Then in June 1941 a mob in Baghdad killed almost 200 Jews in two days. My grandmother hid in the back of a café while a man shot a mother’s seven children in front of her. Israel did not exist yet.
In 1948 Iraq made Zionism a crime punishable by death. In 1950 it let Jews leave only if they gave up their citizenship. In 1951 it froze their bank accounts and took their homes. My grandparents arrived in Israel that year with nothing. In 1969 it hanged nine Jews in a public square and invited crowds to celebrate.
None of that was Israel. That was Iraq, doing it to its own citizens.
Shlaim knows all of this. He is one voice in a bigger project, and the project has a purpose. If you can convince people that Jews lived happily in Arab lands until Zionism, then 850,000 Jewish refugees stop being refugees. They become people who left for no reason. The Arab governments that robbed and expelled them get a clean record. And Israel, a country where most Jews come from the Middle East, can be sold as a European colony that has no business existing there. Even though ALL JEWS are indigenous to this land, no matter where in the diaspora we lived.
That is the point of the trend. Erase the Mizrahi story and there is only one refugee story left in the region, and only one side with a grievance.
It takes a Jew with an Oxford title to make that erasure respectable. There is a market for it, and he is not the only one selling.
Share this with someone who has never heard the word Farhud.

A quick civics lesson for @guardian:
🇮🇱 Israeli citizens, including Arab Israelis, vote in Israeli elections.
🇵🇸 Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza vote in Palestinian elections — when their leaders bother holding them.
The fact that Palestinians who are not Israeli citizens don’t vote for Israel’s government is not shocking.
The fact that The Guardian apparently finds this confusing is.

Dear Arab Israelis,
I have a short message for you, and I'm laying it out of love and compassion but, as always, I'm completely sincere and direct.
The problem everyone in Israel is talking about has nothing to do with you being Arabs or Muslims or Christians.
The problem is (forgive my bluntness) that the majority of you still identify as "Palestinians," and that in private gatherings you always talk about the "dream of destroying Israel", something I've personally heard a couple of times.
I have a secret formula that would make every citizen of Israel vote for you and bring you into any coalition:
1. Unequivocally condemn Hamas and radical Islamic movements.
2. Acknowledge that you are Arab Israeli citizens, not Palestinians.
3. Acknowledge that Israel is the Jewish state of the Jewish people, 3,000 years old and 78 years young.
4. Learn more about the history of the land that prophets, kings, and heroes of Islam called "the land of Israel."
Is that too much to ask? Honestly, that's the least expected of any ordinary citizen of a country.
In so many of those private gatherings, you say the Israeli passport is so strong, that you can travel to Europe without a visa and many of you brag about traveling to the US because of the waiver program...
So is giving back to the Jewish state that gave you this good life really too much to ask?
Food for thought. 🌹

It is Islamophobia Awareness Month. Time to remember the Manchester Arena attack. Where an Islamic terrorist murdered 22 during an Ariana Grande concert killing.
A security guard saw him as suspect - but was too concerned about being branded Islamophobic to take real action.

Saying "free Palestine" is not about supporting peace or seeking freedom.
It is a genocidal call for the annihilation of Jews and the destruction of the Jewish state.
That so many people parrot this phrase thinking it makes them good guys- just shows how stupid they are.

I feel lucky to be Israeli.
Out of 14m Palestinians in the Middle East, Arab Israelis are the *only* ones that get a vote.
Palestinians in West Bank haven't voted since 2006, stuck under a 90 year old dictator.
Lebanese Palestinians don't even get the citizenship.
Jordanian Palestinians have a.........king.
You may not like this, but the best thing to happen to Palestinians is to live inside Israel.
Eat your heart out.
Wonder what the clown, @nasdaily is feeling right now after Zionists have shed their mask about what they actually feel about "Arab Israelis" 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

Replying to @SkyNews
Israel’s Terem emergency clinic network is staffed by both Jewish and Arab medical professionals and treats everyone regardless of ethnicity or background.
Its founder was murdered in a Palestinian suicide bombing in Jerusalem in 2003 along with his daughter on the night before her wedding.
Now @SkyNews thinks it has an exclusive that Israelis should be denied medical care by virtue of their place of residence.
Maybe Sky should focus on the real story here: why do Jewish medical professionals feel like they have to leave the UK for Israel?
