I wrote a thing ...
Writer @markillis1, contemplates loneliness and the writer in our #podcast, Vox. He says,’ You don’t need to be gregarious, but you do need to be curious.’ What do you think? Do you need silence to write? Or do you go a bit Jack Torrance? bit.ly/413ONlT

Looking forward to visiting Hathershaw!
Lots of exciting things happening for World Book Day this week: @markillis1 is coming for a visit on Thursday, try and guess who the masked readers are in the form competition and we have a book fair running all week and other activities. #WorldBookDay2023

Chart brings home my time in NHS. I started with long waiting lists in the 1980's - 18 months for hip. Then Thatcher night of the long knives where staff were cut. Then Blair/Brown. Those were amazing years - I did not believe we could get those waiting lists down but we did! 1/3
