Two kids. Same dream. Watch them grow up in 60 seconds. 🧢
One plays every sport. One plays only baseball, year-round. By 16, only one is still standing.
The science is brutal:
- 36X more likely to need surgery from an overused arm
- 7 in 10 kids quit sports in childhood — burnout
- Pro players didn't specialize until age 15 on average
- 88% of D1 athletes played more than one sport
The athlete develops. The specialist breaks down. Your kid doesn't need another $300 tournament — he needs to become a REAL athlete: velocity, size, speed and strength, built on science.
💬 Comment "CAMP" and I'll send you the 3X Velocity Camp info.

Thank you to the coaches who personally sent me camp invites and see something in me 🙏 A month ago I didn’t have a single personal invite and now I’m having to turn some down.
June 15th my DM and phone is open for true interested coaches and conversations. I’m all in where I’m wanted and needed the most. Doesn’t matter what level it is I just want to play the game that I love and get a college education.

I’m very happy to have ended the track season in an incredible way. I was able to get 🥈 2nd in the state for the 200m,with a 22.04 in the state finals. This puts me as one of the only athletes from my school to win top 3 in the 200m in a very long time.I was also blessed to be one of the only northern Nevada kids to place top 3 in any event! Our relay team was also able to get 3rd in the 4x100 relay! This track season was truly special!
