@ups -- we do lots of international shipments. Every time, we put the commercial invoices in a pouch on the outside as instructed. Every time, you write and say we didn't attach a commercial invoice. 1/5

The conclusion is that we're packing correctly, and the labels are being removed in Syracuse; but nobody at UPS seems to care enough to get this fixed. So our customers suffer (because the package is slowed down), and we have to waste time. 4/5

What do we have to do in order to get someone at UPS to look into this situation and resolve it? This has been going on for months, and it's getting ridiculous. 5/5
