This is the question:
Can a U.S. Senator who fails a background check for classified briefings, and is therefore barred from classified sessions which involve national security, fulfill the full duties of the office?
ABDUL EL SAYED FAILS BACKGROUND CHECK FOR CLASSIFIED SENATE BRIEFINGS
By Jonathan Gregory
Washington, DC - November 8, 2026
Abdul El Sayed has failed the background check required for classified Senate briefings. The denial blocks him from any session that involves sensitive national security information. Officials who conduct the clearances reported that the review did not meet the standards necessary for access to restricted materials. The failure leaves open the question of what specific issues prevented approval.
Senators who receive classified briefings must clear the same process before they can attend. El Sayed’s rejection means he cannot participate in those meetings. The decision places him outside the normal flow of information that other members receive. Americans who expect every senator to qualify for the same briefings now see one individual excluded by the clearance system.
The denial raises direct concerns about what the background check uncovered. Officials have not released the precise reasons but the result itself is public. Voters who supported El Sayed must now consider whether a senator barred from classified sessions can fulfill the full duties of the office. The clearance failure stands as the official record until any appeal produces a different outcome. The standard remains the same for every member of the chamber.

Democrats have just stated they will be attempting to impeach Secretary Kennedy.
Realize that this is all tied to the corporate and special interest money in Washington.
The reality is, both parties are bought and paid for by corporate and special interests (especially the pharmaceutical industry).
@SecKennedy poses a threat to that.

You can just do things
I wish Trump was more like him
> Haiti gangs snatch 4 Salvadorans
> they think they just bought themselves a negotiation
> Bukele goes public saying bring them back or you're done
> they try to hand him 4 random bodies and say it was them
> he calls out their bs
> sends 2,000 troops into Haiti
> tells the leader to gather their gangs so he can fight them
> gangs run to the UN for a deal
> refuses all deals
> ignores the UN mandate
> pushes into gang territory and starts cleaning them
> does more in two weeks than the UN did in 13 years
Bukele might be the greatest leader of the 21st century

This is insane. Doesn’t even include state taxes
Impossible to live like this or get ahead
Infuriating seeing this while all the fraud is being uncovered
We’re funding somali fraud while being forced to pay an exorbitant amount of taxes
Meanwhile illegals get a free life here
Something has to change
We cannot live like this

We had to sit back and watch Barr and Wray do nothing about democrats cheating in 2020.
Is @AGToddBlanche and @FBIDirectorKash going to do anything?
I can tell you what they did in Brooklyn. They instructed poll workers to feed overvotes into the machines. An algorithm can read 2x Mamdani and be set to reject 2x Cuomo or Sliwa
🚨🚨 BREAKING: FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS — REJECTED PROVISIONAL BALLOTS SKYROCKET 300%+?! 🚨🚨
📊 THE MORE WE DIG INTO THESE TEXAS ELECTION NUMBERS, THE MORE QUESTIONS WE HAVE!
Folks, we’re looking at some VERY interesting numbers coming out of FORT BEND COUNTY regarding provisional ballots that were REJECTED AND NOT COUNTED in the 2026 election! 🤯
📈 LET THESE NUMBERS SINK IN!
🔴 Historical average: Approximately 500 REJECTED provisional ballots
🔴 2026 Election: OVER 2,000 REJECTED provisional ballots
🚨 THAT’S AN INCREASE OF MORE THAN 300%!
We’re NOT talking about the total number of provisional ballots submitted. We’re talking specifically about ballots that were reviewed and ultimately REJECTED!
⚠️ Provisional ballots may be rejected due to voter eligibility issues, registration discrepancies, or other legal requirements not being satisfied.
🔥 SO WHAT CHANGED IN FORT BEND COUNTY?!
When you compare these reported numbers with population growth, voter registration increases, historical voting patterns, and the dramatic electoral shifts we’ve been discussing across Texas, QUESTIONS NEED TO BE ASKED!
❓ Why were so many provisional ballots rejected?
❓ What were the specific reasons?
❓ How does the rejection RATE compare with previous elections?
🚨 A dramatic increase doesn’t automatically prove fraud, but it absolutely deserves an explanation!
🔥 AND FOLKS, THERE IS A LOT MORE TO COME!
👇 HERE’S MY QUESTION:
🗳️ IS A 300%+ INCREASE IN REJECTED PROVISIONAL BALLOTS NORMAL, OR DOES FORT BEND COUNTY NEED A FULL EXAMINATION OF THESE NUMBERS?!
💬 DROP YOUR THOUGHTS BELOW!

This is the place to search for fraud.
The Democrats freaked out and overplayed their hand.
Did you notice how they could count ballots on election day this election instead taking weeks?
They front-loaded the fraud this time and went way overboard because they didn't know how many votes they would need.
Putting my auditor's hat on — I would sample mail-in ballots and trace them all the way to voter interviews, project the error, if the projected error would change the election, then audit every ballot.
@elonmusk You in!

Have you seen my analysis Lara,
@laralogan
I have processed the following states examining the vote anomalies I have been posting about today. I decided to put them into an excel spreadsheet that anyone can examine and use as you wish.
It includes a sheet for the states:
Texas, North Carolina,Iowa,South Carolina, Kansas,Mississippi, Maine, and Ohio, all states which saw a senate flip from D to R. All but Maine show the anomaly. Maine is, after all, Maine, and a good theory isn't a good theory if you don't run into the occasional outlier.
I did not include Alaska yet as they are still playing with the Ranked Choice Voting and god only knows how that will look, data wise.
I included Florida because we didn't lose that seat, and it looks "normal" (not in the closeness of the race, but the voter's choices line up properly with what we expect). I included New York as it was a safe state for the Dems and there was no need to do much tinkering. (Their insane voter rolls takes care of that). And the vote order indeed looks like what we would expect. I included Colorado because even though it should have been considered a safe seat for the Dems, the data shows the anomaly in republican votes anyway. Things that make you go "hmmm".
Seeing this pattern in one or two states would just be mildly interesting. But like with my "Mesa Pattern", which identified coordinated nationwide fraud in 2020, the more "hits" you get, the less likely the benign explanation.

This man is a Computer Scientist and he looked at my post regarding California’s identical election results for top government positions
🚨 He CONFIRMS from a computer scientist programming perspective how the results ARE FROM AN ALGORITHM, NOT REAL VOTE TOTALS 👇 IT’S RIGGED
Speaking as a computer scientist...
Note also that the numbers you referenced aren't all just 64-35, they're all 64.6 + or - 0.2, and 35.4 + or - 0.2. That's even more unlikely.
This is what happens when you don't pay attention in math class. Likely some corrupt programmer put in a random factor that he thought would alter the numbers, without making it look like it altered the numbers. Like (brain-dead example) "If this ballot was for the opponent, and the random number generator is greater than 0.6, then change it.". But he didn't bother to do the math, or he would have realized that if you use whatever that random element is, over enough cases, then the result converges on 64.6 and 35.4.
At least if I was going to vet the program that did this, then that's what I'd most expect to find. This is a typical undergrad mistake. Just because your algorithm has a randomizing element, that doesn't mean that the result isn't going to converge, over a large enough number of trials.
Also note that this kind of manipulation almost always leaves a footprint in the data. Statisticians who specialize in analyzing voting results know what properties honest results should have. Unless the corrupt programmer really knew what he was doing, they'll spot the strange results, and the nature of the strangeness will give them a strong clue as to what the programmer did.

If you want to file a lawsuit and get into discovery of whether it’s provably true that Ballard and Continental had an undue influence on the White House policy process, do it.
I believe we are in an existential moment for the country, and Americans were owed an honest accounting of the past two years so we identify the problems we need to move on from.

FACT CHECK: Bill, you are wrong about paper ballot audits. @mitchellvii
Without commenting about whether there is an algorithm at work, states like Texas either use a series of dice rolls or a lottery ball machine to select precincts for “random” paper ballot audits. Many won’t even let you inspect a physical sample of paper, and will push ballot images.
Regardless, here’s the problem: The number of potential numeric combinations (approximately a million possibilities) from the dice rolls or lottery system, wildly exceed the number of precincts in a state. Meaning, there isn’t a 1 to 1 relationship. As a result, auditors are entering the dice roll or lottery selection into a COMPUTER, which then SELECTS a precinct through a program.
It’s not random.
We’ve audited many counties and performed a state wide study of the precincts “randomly” selected.
The SAME set of precincts were selected over and over again.
Part of the cheat is to direct auditors to clean precincts under the auspices of randomness.
It’s a magic trick.
Second, the sample number of physical ballots is so statistically insignificant that auditors cannot draw meaningful conclusions.
Signed,
A guy who has done audits
🇺🇸 FRAUD REALITY CHECK: Here's the simplest reason the 85/15 ALGORITHM theory falls apart in TEXAS: PAPER.
Since a 2021 state law, every voting machine in Texas has to produce a paper record of every vote.
After the election, counties pull a sample of those paper ballots and HAND COUNT them. Then they compare the hand count to what the machines reported. The Secretary of State picks which precincts get checked, and candidates can send people to watch.
An algorithm can change a number on a computer. It can't change a piece of paper sitting in a locked box.
If machines had flipped 15% of the vote, the paper and the computer would disagree, and the audit would catch it right away. 🚨
No mismatch, no algorithm.

The National Pulse is today revealing we were banned from covering latter Trump rallies during the 2024 campaign at the behest of Susie Wiles, because of our criticisms of her and of her campaign co-chief Chris LaCivita, and the campaign didn't ban the BBC, or the New York Times, or Al Jazeera. It banned us
President Trump had said in mid-October there was "zero chance" he was replacing her, and now the woman who called herself the "ice maiden" is gone, and our record since the summer of 2024 is that she and LaCivita were leaking to the Washington Post and The Atlantic, kneecapping MAGA loyalists at Project 2025, and treating the operation like a consultancy, with Wiles a Mercury (big pharma) lobbyist and former DeSantis advisor
On the day she was named chief of staff, two years ago today, we said she "leaks non-stop and works for Big Pharma and Qatar lobbyists Mercury", and last November, with Trump's disapproval at a then-record 63 percent, we wrote that with Wiles "vetoing anything remotely MAGA" the White House had trended back to a corporate-friendly GOP median, then after a brutal off-year election night said he needed to wake up and toss these LOSERS out. Don't say we didn't warn you
