Totally agree. Dying to hear answers to this. I have a similar ❓re the tunica vaginalis & testicle. I've never appreciated a visceral tunica vaginalis which is distinct from the tunica albuginea.

Oh it would be my pleasure! Took this next to the brand new pair when I bought in March. Try to ignore dirt (from biking home in them) and missing strap (which broke off like 8.4 years ago)

TIL that gadolinium is radiodense on CT and actually takes makes some nice excretory phase images. Anyone ever try this for pts with renal insufficiency and claustrophobia? Or in the setting of our recent CT contrast shortage?

.@UroCorrea showing that even highly intuitive interventions (decision aids to decrease patient regret in treatment choice) need to be subjected to RCT

Oh look! I actually do follow you too! With you influencers it’s hard to tell if I follow or the algorithm just know I should follow 😅

.@Urology_tips Recently showed up to TUR to find this on the back table. Appropriately expresses the attitude everyone in urology cases should have towards lubricant, but with less mess than just squeezing whole tube out onto a towel

Reducing opioid use after surgery is easy and free. Interventions here are basically 1) starting standing tylenol and 2) giving a few talks and changing a few order sets. Amazing work by @AdrienBernstein showing that small changes can have big impact. authors.elsevier.com/c/1eCIy…

Nice poster today: URS + biopsy > URS w/o bx > perc bx for recurrence in bladder after diagnosis of upper tract UC. Totally agree intravesical gemcitabine after URS makes sense for these patients. bit.ly/3mIW8CT @tsmiest @vidit_sharma_
