This is huge. Super Bowl odds just went up. Buckner isn’t just a great player, he’s the leader our d-line didn’t have. Now we just need to buy a 10-pack of wide receivers and we should be good.
Trade: Colts are sending three-time Pro-Bowl DT DeForest Buckner back to the 49ers, the team that made him a 2016 first-round pick before dealing him to Indianapolis in 2020, per me and @rapsheet. Now Buckner returns to San Francisco, fortifying the 49ers defensive line.

A lot cost computer use model is really compelling.
GPT-6.1 Terra: delivering fast and capable computer use at a lower price. GPT-6.1 Terra understands what’s on screen, takes action across apps, writes naturally, and is a more capable model for your whole workday with the efficiency to take on more of it.

It’s wild to me that this guy got promoted to VP last year after six years as the Head of Strength and Conditioning. How is success measured for that job??? 49ers.com/team/front-office-…
Ricky Pearsall, Christian Kirk, De’Zhaun Stribling, Mike Evans, Demarcus Robinson, Deebo Samuel all hurt. Never seen cluster injuries like the 49ers get.

If AI labs want personal assistants to take off at scale, they need to stop marketing vacations, reservations, party planning, etc. These are not problems. Focus on *the* problem facing Americans: the cost of living. Agents can offer a ton of help. Some ideas: (🧵)

Why does every frontier coding harness make it easy to add MCPs, plugins, etc, but none of them give you the option to remove them? In every case you have to find the config file and remove the entry (or have your agent do it for you). That seems really odd to me.

My favorite OpenAI Dots use case so far: keep an eye on my fantasy football teams (Sleeper API) and notify me if a game is about to start and I have ineligible players still in my lineup. Never again will I forget to update my lineup on a bye week!

Just catching up on @openai's new announcements from their Dev Day event and seeing a lot of discussion about Dots and their (not surprising) cutting of the $200/20x plan down to 10x. But I'm finding myself king of blown away by the new "Space" feature and "Pages".

This is exactly what I've been looking for - and have even been prototyping on my own. The way they've implemented Pages and inline / commands is pretty awesome. I have to spend more time with it but I could see myself using this every day.

The convenience and efficiency of prompting inline in a document, adding in artwork and diagrams, easily asking your agent questions about a snippet of text - this is way more efficient than the typical copy/paste/copy/paste workflows that I use all day.

There is a lot to be concerned about right now. There are massive incentives to make you outraged. Stay present. Rely on what you know to be true. Question the motivations and incentives of the loudest voices. Breathe.
