There's a deadlock in the Israeli election because both the Netanyahu bloc and his opposition refuse to govern with Arab-majority parties.
Rejecting partnerships with Arab parties stops either side from building a stable majority.
By refusing to integrate their votes into a formal coalition, both major camps in Israel limit their own mathematical paths to power.
They hate Arabs more than they want to win.
