Life is short, try the Thermal Shock Washed with Cardamom coffee

That's actually what I've spent a lot of my time on. Well, and getting better at pourovers. I've got 6 bags of what should be some insane coffees on the way. Trying to level up. I'm really excited for this one in particular.
Okay, so the Wug2 has an 80mm carrier...

And then you can tell your wife what you learned.
For example, this morning I told her all about 80mm burr grinders and my plan to achieve more or less authentic Mahlkonig Peak/Lab Sweet - do you remember the used grinder ad I showed you the other day? that's a Peak - taste in a single dosing grinder, and why it will cost what it will cost, and I can't believe I fumbled that open-box 807 Lab Sweet - that's the grinder I showed you in the other used ad, yeah the really tall one - when I had a coupon, see the 807 Lab Sweet burrs are a similar geometry to the Peak snd E80s burrs but they are cast steel instead of machined, but overall it's okay because this route will actually provide better single dosing performance, since while the 807 is acceptable at it, this one has a built in reverse at the end of grinding to reduce retention; although I could just get the E80s - that one coffee shop we go to has one, I think I pointed it out to you -, it's not well suited to home use due to the amount of purging required and the hopper which can lead to stale coffee at the rate I drink coffee, and it's very expensive regardless, as is the 807; and indeed there are SSP burrs with similar geometry in other sizes like 64mm and 83mm that would be cheaper, but the consensus seems to be that it's just not quite the same, and yeah that's why I want to go with 80mm; oh, and there's also a new version of the Zerno on the way, those are made in Chicago, but very hard to buy because of the limited production, this new one is 80mm so that would work, too; the one I showed you last night and asked if Joy can buy it when she's in China, that's also 80mm, that's a startup with new grinders called the FM series, they have an 80mm one but also 98mm and 120mm, they are doing well in Asia but don't have distribution in the US, I know Decent have a few of them...

i tell my wife. she responds: “that’s not just an observation—it’s a powerful insight.” i scream.
