The question is whether AOC can convince the public she'll 'tirelessly fight' for working class Americans after she demonstrated her willingness to lie for Kamala Harris and help launder a genocide.
Members of the Democratic Socialists of America are thinking seriously about a national presidential campaign for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in 2028 that would reach millions of working people and have the potential to transform American politics. jacobin.com/2026/10/dsa-ocas…

Great tips from Brazil on how they turned things around for Lula online and offline: 1. Don’t ever engage, block far-right accounts immediately. 2. Don't debunk, focus on making new content on your platform. 3. Use all the tools at your disposal. 4. Be equally online and offline.

Theory: The famously flat-rate salary at Novara is no longer enough, and Basto + co. are increasingly reliant on moonlighting and appearances to cover the deficit

Sorry, it is absolutely absurd for Momentum to be actively championing the leadership of a non-SCG leader who has made zero overtures to the left, appointed zero socialists to cabinet and largely retained the Starmerite machinery. Am I missing something?
Burnham has laid out a bold vision for Britain. Now, we must turn his vision into action. Socialists are already organising across our movement. But we need you. It’s time for a socialist Labour Party ready to deliver change. Join Labour. Join Momentum mtm.is/join

Labour are about to announce a budget full of bone-deep cuts to pay for American bombs to glass the Middle East (again), and are currently trying to collapse several councils across England for insufficient loyalty to Israel. My question to you is, are you fucking crazy?

No moral lectures from genocide profiteers.
The Labour Party have directly assisted the genocide in Gaza and continue to do so under @andyburnham and @Ed_Miliband We won’t take moral lectures from war criminals. @kieran_andrieu

I’d urge Greens not to be intimidated by people trading on their credentials as ā€œeconomistsā€. Listen to the argument. If it sounds like neoliberalism dressed up in radical language, trust your gut. People often flaunt their degrees when their arguments can’t speak for themselves.

The good faith critique of this is If you are a socialist (hard to believe) then you’re in Labour because either: you still believe it can change despite it moving further to the right over the past 50 years. Or, it’s tribal loyalty and mentally unable to see a way out.
It’s time to rejoin the Labour Party. Please rejoin/join Labour & Momentum to defeat Reform, help determine the direction of Burnham’s Labour Party and build a socialist force in British politics.

Words cannot express the utter contempt I have them. I say that as someone who gave it hundreds of pounds I didn’t have in 2017-2019. It’s no coincidence it emerged at the same time as Novara: Millennial careerists using people’s money and good intentions to get ahead in Labour

Three paragraphs when two words would have done. "Revolving door."
Mr Polanski, I know you have a reputation for being scrupulous about checking your facts, but you’ve missed an important detail. My contract requires me to remain on leave from the Lords, surrender my parliamentary pass and forgo all access and voting rights for the duration of my employment at Palantir. I do not, therefore, take any whip. I fear this makes me rather less useful to the whips’ office than you imply.

As my man @comrade_kumar_ said recently, ā€˜for people who define themselves as good strategists, there’s no example of them ever developing one’. I’d only add, for people who see themselves as comms specialists, there’s no evidence of that if this clip is anything to go by.

ask's us for financial support. This has seriously got me thinking about the way Novara operates. How are Novara bringing in a new kind of politics if, when push comes to shove, they are always going to go along with the parameters defined by the establishment? 7/7

ā€œmost British Marxists have long ceased to attend to British actualities and, at a time of unparalleled socialist opportunity, play to each other their amateur revolutionary theatricalsā€ - E.P. Thompson in 1975 - I'd say "Marxists", but otherwise, plus Ƨa change ...
