James Gunn has revealed the three "diamond characters" at the focus of the DCU:
- Superman
- Batman
- Wonder Woman
At some point can't they just move past this one thing that is essential to their lives? It sounds like a crazy unethical idea to them giving other iterations a shot, we've already seen how they treated Tyler Hoechlin and Bitise Tulloch, they hated Brandon Routh's return.

Yes, I Iove Batman too, my second fave superhero.
But it’s high time Superman took his rightful place as the cornerstone and lead of the DCU and JLI.
Superman is the GOAT and OG superhero. I’m glad Gunn is making him front and centre.
Genuinely glad that Superman is the main face of the DCU. I love Batman, but there have been way too many movies about him, most of which range from good to great. Superman hasn't had this kind of resurgence in a while, so it's nice to see him finally getting the spotlight again, especially after the DCEU had no idea what to do with him after wasting his potential in the first two movies.

People like Jarbo weren't making daily videos praising Henry Cavill's Superman before Justice League 2017 or Black Adam, they didn't support any of the DCEU films when they were coming out, not only that they never support Zack Snyder or Henry Cavill.
The biggest thing people are falling you on is that Zack’s films have had diminishing returns and huge audience divide yet from you nothing but with the Dcu having more successful projects and a united audience that you have a ‘problem’
Feels like you have a home to pick with how Gunn is honoring these characters with respect and reverence instead of unnecessarily changing these characters for current societal realism witch is fueled by cynicism.

This has to be some of the most hypocritical crap I have ever seen.
Dude, don't act like you where part of 'the problem' when last year you where going after these exact same anti dcu people and disproving all their lying narratives about box office and if you 'think' that fans are a problem now because they are so honed in on the box office of every DCU installment its because we are having to consistently push back on the pro Snyder/anti Gunn narratives that certain grifters and flat out liars like @ShaunORourke75 perpetuate on a daily or weekly basis.
Its bad faith all around.

James Gunn didn't invent the idea of Jor-El sending Kal-El to conquer Earth in #Superman. It's something that's been in Superman stories for nearly 40 years.
It didn't exist when Donner made his movie, which every movie since had used as canon Superman lore, but it's been an idea in the comics after the Byrne Superman reboot in 1986's Man of Steel. After that reboot you saw people making stories about an imperialistic Krypton and making things like Kryptonian War Suits.
Smallville did almost the exact same Jor-El message and it's also been used most recently by My Adventures With Superman.
