When an AI coding agent says “done”, I ask one more question:
If this change goes wrong, could it lose customer data, charge someone twice, lock users out, or take the product offline?
Don’t fix anything yet. Just tell me which risks are real and why.
Agents did not remove the bottleneck. They moved it into my head.
The next hundred lines arrived before I understood the previous hundred. My attention became a polling loop.
I stopped trying to review faster than a robotic army. I changed the system.
