Nothing misleading brother. 2 things can be true at the same time. THE truth doesn’t take away from YOUR truth. The west is NO longer the “beacon” of democracy.

Replying to @bbmhlanga
My bro. I’ll let you grind your axe . No beef from me. You jumped on a post about UK jailing young mothers for trans tweets and me showing that Labour is now more satanic than Zanu … you thought I was just being “positive” about zim and couldn’t have it. 2 things can be true at the same time homie. Not everything is about or trying to demish your light or your struggles

Gold overtakes the US$ as the biggest reserve asset. Shouldn't Zimbabwe sieze this opportunity & shore up her reserves with the abundant Gold reserves in situ. Evaluate.

If you receive a gift that is connected to your profession , your business , job or trade it becomes INCOME , therefore taxable - Income Tax Act [ Chapter 23:06]
. Gifts connected to your job / profession[ Section 8(1) (c)
. A Gift connected to your business/ trade it becomes business income therefore taxable
The Recipient is liable for tax
Capital Gains Tax Act , Section 8(5) , if you donate an asset , eg , cars , stands , shares it is treated as if the donor sold it at market value , therefore the Donor is liable for Capital Gains Tax .
*** notes from my trial defense which may be useful to the Nation in the current season of Gifting . Who owes who, who is evading tax , the Donor or the Recipient ?

One of the cows I bought at the auction intending to pen feed them for 90 days before slaughtering gave birth yesterday after 45 days. Remember I bought 6 cows for $500 each and 4 were pregnant
When doing cattle fattening, you need a lot of chicken litter, so I always keep broilers to help produce it. I just finished with the vet. Remember the cattle I bought for pen fattening? Among them were 6 cows that an experienced farmer encouraged me to buy because they had big frames and only needed to be pen-fed for 45 days. They weighed an average of 300kg, and I paid about $500 for each.
So far, they have added about 65kg. If I slaughter one now, I will get about 210kg of meat, which I will sell for $5 per kg and get $1050. If I add the offals, head, and mazondo, that's another $100, bringing it to $1150. The $50 will remain at the abattoir, so I will have $1100. If you have a butcher, you can sell for even up to $7 or $8 per kg, depending on the grade.
But now, after the vet visited, 4 of the 6 cows are pregnant. That's good news for another farmer but bad for me, because pen fattening is more profitable than waiting for a year uchikama mukaka, only to end up with another mombe worth $500. I hope you get the maths.
