Caleb T. Suh admitted in federal court that he tricked his then-girlfriend into drinking a “special pregnancy protein powder” shake in 2022, which consisted of Xanax and Promethazine.
Suh, the son of VA Washington, DC Healthcare System Chief of Staff Dr. Ryung Suh, then “shoved abortion pills into Ms. Doe’s v*gina and in her mouth,” resulting in Doe losing the baby.
Suh, who has since graduated from Cornell University and is pursuing a master's at Columbia, has had his sentencing pushed so he can finish the semester uninterrupted.
Prosecutors are seeking 2 years in prison for Suh, who pleaded guilty to assault.
