"This company grows 20% a year, zero debt, clean books, trades at 10x PE. Why is nobody buying it?"
We've been asked this more than any other question this year.
The answer has nothing to do with the business and everything to do with how small cap markets actually work

Replying to @TMCaTweetAway
@TMCaTweetAway Clean India is a vision we proudly promote, but the garbage accumulation near the new metro station construction at Balkum Naka reflects the exact opposite on ground. We request immediate cleanup and better waste management in Thane. @Dev_Fadnavis @fadnavis_amruta

Ajit Pawar's son Parth Pawar and his partner Digvijay Patil in connivance with Sheetal Tejwani and Tehsildar Mr Yeole grabbed another piece of land in Pune's Bopodi. It's a Govt land. Shocking details Abt this case as well. 5.35 Hectares means approx 13 Aces of Govt land was grabbed and given to Amadea Enterprises which is owned by Parth Pawar and Digvijay Patil... FIR lodged by Pune Police and this time also no name of Parth Pawar or Amadea Enterprises in the name of the accused. Interestingly Sheetal Tejwani and Digvijay Patil who are accused in the 40 acres Dalit Mahar Vatan land scam are accused in this case as well alongwith Tehsildar Mr Yeole.
And friends this land scam took place before the recently exposed land grab in Pune.
Seems Ajit Pawar अजीत पवार is playing the superpower here due to whose influence all Govt machinery is at work to het his son Govt lands worth thousands of crores and yet he is not even named anywhere.
By the way this Bopodi land which was grabbed earlier is worth 1500 crores.
@Dev_Fadnavis @narendramodi Next time you say you have zero tolerence for corruption, people will shame you of you continue to sheild corrupts like Ajit Pawar and his Son.
Time for action Me Fadnavis. If you don't act now then you will go down in the history as the most weak CM ever who compromised his clean image for his political equations with his alliance partner. That's the biggest shame.

As expected from the Indian judiciary, the presiding officer or judge is on leave today and the case has been adjourned to 20 November 2026. Yes you read that right after one whole year.
First it took a year to submit the charge sheet and now another year just to begin the hearing. First Atul Subash, now his family harassed with dates. This is the justice system of Bharat. 😣😤

Drove from Thane to Sion and Sion to Andheri using EEH and WEH on the same day
Its a shame that both EEH and WEH are in a terrible shape with bumps every few metres.
Both these roads should be nuked and rebuilt from scratch by a listed player with stringent quality checks.
Mumbai deserves better roads!

Every time a new Indian app launches, the pitch is usually “this is our WhatsApp alternative” or “our Google alternative.
But honestly, I feel that approach limits how far the product can actually go. The moment you position it as an “alternative,” the comparison game starts. People don’t look at what it uniquely offers, they just check what it doesn’t have compared to the global giant. We’ve seen this story with Hike, Koo and many others.
Take Arattai from Zoho for example. I’ve been following it, and it genuinely has potential. Especially when you think about Zoho’s proven track record with business tools. But instead of only projecting it as “India’s WhatsApp alternative,” imagine if the focus was on its integration with Zoho’s ecosystem, privacy-first design, or features that are truly made for Indian users. That’s a much stronger story.
In my opinion, Indian apps don’t need to replace anything. They need to create their own space. That’s when adoption becomes natural and sustainable.
