"This company grows 20% a year, zero debt, clean books, trades at 10x PE. Why is nobody buying it?"
We've been asked this more than any other question this year.
The answer has nothing to do with the business and everything to do with how small cap markets actually work

Ajit Pawar's son Parth Pawar and his partner Digvijay Patil in connivance with Sheetal Tejwani and Tehsildar Mr Yeole grabbed another piece of land in Pune's Bopodi. It's a Govt land. Shocking details Abt this case as well. 5.35 Hectares means approx 13 Aces of Govt land was grabbed and given to Amadea Enterprises which is owned by Parth Pawar and Digvijay Patil... FIR lodged by Pune Police and this time also no name of Parth Pawar or Amadea Enterprises in the name of the accused. Interestingly Sheetal Tejwani and Digvijay Patil who are accused in the 40 acres Dalit Mahar Vatan land scam are accused in this case as well alongwith Tehsildar Mr Yeole.
And friends this land scam took place before the recently exposed land grab in Pune.
Seems Ajit Pawar अजीत पवार is playing the superpower here due to whose influence all Govt machinery is at work to het his son Govt lands worth thousands of crores and yet he is not even named anywhere.
By the way this Bopodi land which was grabbed earlier is worth 1500 crores.
@Dev_Fadnavis @narendramodi Next time you say you have zero tolerence for corruption, people will shame you of you continue to sheild corrupts like Ajit Pawar and his Son.
Time for action Me Fadnavis. If you don't act now then you will go down in the history as the most weak CM ever who compromised his clean image for his political equations with his alliance partner. That's the biggest shame.

As expected from the Indian judiciary, the presiding officer or judge is on leave today and the case has been adjourned to 20 November 2026. Yes you read that right after one whole year.
First it took a year to submit the charge sheet and now another year just to begin the hearing. First Atul Subash, now his family harassed with dates. This is the justice system of Bharat. 😣😤

Its a shame that both EEH and WEH are in a terrible shape with bumps every few metres.
Both these roads should be nuked and rebuilt from scratch by a listed player with stringent quality checks.

Every time a new Indian app launches, the pitch is usually “this is our WhatsApp alternative” or “our Google alternative.
But honestly, I feel that approach limits how far the product can actually go. The moment you position it as an “alternative,” the comparison game starts. People don’t look at what it uniquely offers, they just check what it doesn’t have compared to the global giant. We’ve seen this story with Hike, Koo and many others.
Take Arattai from Zoho for example. I’ve been following it, and it genuinely has potential. Especially when you think about Zoho’s proven track record with business tools. But instead of only projecting it as “India’s WhatsApp alternative,” imagine if the focus was on its integration with Zoho’s ecosystem, privacy-first design, or features that are truly made for Indian users. That’s a much stronger story.
In my opinion, Indian apps don’t need to replace anything. They need to create their own space. That’s when adoption becomes natural and sustainable.

Most of us don’t know how bad this blended petrol is going to impact car owners:
1. 20% blending clearly impacts mileage , not 1-2% but infact 20%-30%. Check reddit and team bhp users crying for same . Those who were getting 17-18 mileage are now getting 12-13.
2. Long term usage will definitely damage engines esp those which are non E20 compliant.
3. For 100 rs petrol we are getting 80 rs actual petrol, who will compensate for that? Who will pay for extra maintenance of engine /filters etc.
4. For clarification given by ministry, where are backup papers/links. I will file RTI for same.
Conclusion- For saving govt money, the car owners are being given a dent. And worst part is now they are ready for E27 ! E20 compliant engines will also bear the same fate after 3-4 yrs!
Like and Retweet this to max so that ministry listens and roll back this BS like they did for Diesel vehicles in Delhi.
@PetroleumMin
📑Some articles/ reports in the media have raised concerns about the potential negative impact of 20% ethanol blending (E20) in petrol, particularly with regard to older vehicles and customer experience. These concerns, however, are largely unfounded and not supported by scientific evidence or expert analysis.
▶️International studies on the effect of using Ethanol-Petrol Blends on Mechanical, Energy and Environmental Performance of Vehicles through testing of carbureted and fuel-injected vehicles every 10,000 km during their first 100,000 km showed statistically no significant differences in power and torque generated and fuel consumption. Material compatibility and drivability tests by Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP) and Indian Oil Corporation (R&D) have confirmed that legacy vehicles also showed no significant variations, performance issues or abnormal wear-and-tear when operated with E20. Moreover, E20 fuel passed hot and cold startability tests without any engine damage.
▶️Multiple concerns have been addressed as below:
🔹Fuel efficiency:- Ethanol, being lower in energy density than petrol, results in a marginal decrease in mileage, estimated at 1–2% for four-wheelers designed for #E10 and calibrated for #E20, and around 3–6% in others. This marginal drop in efficiency can be further minimized through improved engine tuning and use of E20-compatible materials, which leading automobile manufacturers have already adopted. In fact, the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) has confirmed that E20-compliant vehicles with upgraded components began rolling out from April 2023. Thus, the allegation that E20 leads to drastic drop in fuel efficiency is factually incorrect.
🔹Material corrosion:- Safety standards for E20, including corrosion inhibitors and compatible fuel system materials, are well established through BIS specifications and Automotive Industry Standards. Replacement of some rubber parts/ gaskets could be advised in certain older vehicles after prolonged use of say 20,000 to 30,000 kms. This replacement is inexpensive and easily done during regular servicing of the vehicle
🔹Environmental concerns:- Ethanol replaces petrol, a fossil fuel and reduces CO2 emissions. India’s ethanol blending programme is through feedstock diversification. Ethanol is increasingly being produced from not only sugarcane but also from surplus rice, maize, damaged foodgrains, and agricultural residues, especially under the push for second-generation (2G) biofuels. This makes ethanol blending not only technically viable, but environmentally sustainable as well. A study on life cycle emissions of ethanol done by Niti Aayog has assessed that GHG emissions in case of sugarcane and maize based ethanol use is less by 65% and 50%, respectively, than that of petrol.
🔹Benefits:
🔸Ride quality and vehicle performance: Ethanol has a higher octane number than Petrol (~108.5 vs. 84.4) which implies that ethanol-petrol blends have a higher octane number than traditional petrol. Therefore, the use of ethanol becomes a partial alternative for providing high-octane fuels (~95), required for modern high compression ratio engines providing a better ride quality. Vehicles tuned for E20 (having increased RON) deliver even higher performance. Ethanol is also characterized by having a higher heat of vaporization than petrol. This aspect makes the temperature of the intake manifold lower, which increases air-fuel mixture density, therefore increasing the engine’s volumetric efficiency.
🔸E20 blending significantly strengthens India’s energy security by reducing dependence on crude oil imports. In fact, since 2014-15 India has already saved more than Rs. 1.40 lakh crore in foreign exchange through petrol substitution. Ethanol blending supports the rural economy, with expeditious payment of over Rs. 1.20 lakh crore to farmers, thereby creating income and employment opportunities in the agricultural and biofuel sectors. #E20 blending has helped India reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 700 lakh tonnes, contributing to climate change goals.
▶️The claim that this transition is abrupt or poorly communicated does not align with the detailed rollout plans outlined in the Government of India’s Roadmap for Ethanol Blending in India 2020–25, available on the websites of #MoPNG and @NitiAayog since 2021. The implementation of E20 in India has followed a phased and widely consulted approach, involving coordination between ministries, vehicle manufacturers, fuel retailers, standards agencies etc.
▶️Thus, the narrative that #EthanolBlending in Petrol is harming vehicles or causing undue hardship to consumers is not based on real facts and lacks technical foundation. Ethanol blending is a forward-looking, scientifically supported, and environmentally responsible measure that brings multi-dimensional benefits to the nation.

Calorific value of Ethanol 29.7 vs petrol of 46.4. The energy produced per litre is 65% of petrol.
This means blending 20% ethanol means 0.2*65%+0.8*100%=93%. There is 7% loss every litre you buy.
Above careful crafted text doesn’t convey this clearly.

If our bandwidth and resources are limited we should slow down hitech futuristic things like bullet train and spend on our urban infrastructure and management. What a mess every city is. They spent tons in our city to make cemented roads and then everything was dug up for water, gas pipes etc. Every road is now dug and beyond repair. Street lights don’t exist, lose wires everywhere. India’s biggest problem is municipalities.

Indian stock market is not mature yet and lacks liquidity apart from a few stocks.
Having higher taxes like 20% STCG and sin taxes like STT will keep the market immature and devoid of liquidity.
Our regulators and governments don't have any vision.

Double taxation is cruelty, atleast reduce STCG/LTCG if STT is charged
The impact cost for Equity is extreme compared to F&O 👇🏼

Imposing STT on top of 20% STCG is a criminal act by the government.
STT must be abolished if we want fair & mature share market with sufficient liquidity.

Call it Conspiracy Theory. "Could SEBI been infiltrated by DeepState plants at top most level since 2022?"
There have been attempts to sabotage the Indian Stock market while putting up public face of protecting it. (Why was simple RTI application and then an Appeal Rejected?)
After widely published report of 90% investors losing money in F&O, how come SEBI got daily expiry orchestrated by exchanges?
When there was a big hue and cry in the media, calling out SEBI's contradictory action, it was forced to stop daily expiry business.
In the case of ESM framework, the attempt by SEBI DEEPSTATE is to totally damage and dismantle Indian MSME sector from bottoms up, as a first step in its devious goal.
Are Blackstone/Singapore / Soros/ USAID etc involved? Was bringing an "outsider with Blackstone connection" into SEBI a Deepstate ploy?
In the case of MSME sector destruction by using ESM, since no media hue and cry happened, the DEEPSTATE is continuing its act of waging economic war against India.
Those who are following SEBI's weird actions may have more points like these which indicates possible Deepstate Infiltration.
RTI application filed to obtain the background for implementing ESM and whether the Board had deliberated on potential collateral damage was totally stonewalled by SEBI.
Appeal was rejected in Sept 23, by claiming that we sought clarification while what as asked was INFORMATION. Check the RTI queries. Asked for VERY SPECIFIC information. There is some foul play at SEBI (Images)

First thing the Govt (@PMOIndia @FinMinIndia ) should do, is to TOTALLY AXE the current SEBI. It is absolutely bloated, useless and failed miserably and is going after individuals on SM to regulate! Our tax money will be spent on monitoring 100,000 Telegram / Youtube / Insta channels? The lady has made @SEBI_India lose its head and balls. Nothing is left.
It's DUTY is to find stock exchange manipulation by observing stock / F&O and taking corrective action specific to a stock. Leave everything else. Let million people do whatever they want. The number of listed stocks are few thousand. Why the hell are they not able to notice manipulation or investors being cheated by monitoring stock price / announcements and analyzing the listed businesses?
The buffoons have failed to monitor that., SEBI has no tracking mechanism. 11th Feb order shows they took screen shot from screener and begged for daily data from BSE!
Like Musk is doing someone need to go into SEBI, RIP IT APART. Pull out and throw GSM, ASM ESM and all such ridiculous stuff down the Mumbai drain.
What is needed is to remove the bloated , unmanageable regulations and create totally fresh, thin, simple rules and regulations.
Get few IT guys to code proper surveillance software and run it. SEBI HAS BECOME A HOPELESS JOKE RUNNING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION, INSTEAD OF SETTING OWN HOUSE IN ORDER.
NOTE: This org does not even have a working FORM for cheated people to submit a complaint. (SCORES is for only investors to complain about companies. And that complaint goes to company to resolve. Not to SEBI) There is no easy way to get SEBI to accept a complaint on fraud or whatever is happening. Even X handle is locked after the scarecrow was appointed.
