The Ambassador gave his assurances these were being looked at.

So it appears @MoHU_En have now deleted their tweet from yesterday, encouraging feedback and suggestions to improve their service.
It’s a shame as this feedback would’ve been very valuable to them and all Hujjaj.

What about consumer protection? Is it not the case all travel packages sold & paid for in the UK must abide by package travel regulations? Why are we forced to pay in cash or international bank transfer & without any consumer protection? Are Muslims excluded from this protection?
