So it appears @MoHU_En have now deleted their tweet from yesterday, encouraging feedback and suggestions to improve their service.
It’s a shame as this feedback would’ve been very valuable to them and all Hujjaj.

Yet another experiment by @Hajj_nusuk and @MoHU_En with British Muslims as their lab rats.

The APPG has been listening to concerns raised on the Hajj booking system. We'll ensure that these are passed onto Saudi & UK officials.

Spent the last week speaking to folks who are stressed and panicking about the new Hajj system.
Many who spoke to me said they've tried to book packages and seen £20,000 leave their bank accounts w/ no confirmation of their booking. My latest:

What about consumer protection? Is it not the case all travel packages sold & paid for in the UK must abide by package travel regulations? Why are we forced to pay in cash or international bank transfer & without any consumer protection? Are Muslims excluded from this protection?

I have been in correspondence with Yasin from @cbhuk @appghajjumrah and explained how I am not able to attend because of my health condition and disability. He allowed me to raise a few points and questions for the meeting. I am attaching them here as well. #Nusuk #hajj2023

We must voice all our concerns & issues. We must show @appghajjumrah and @cbhuk that they have let British Muslims down by enabling @MoHU_En & @saudiarabia treat British Muslims like contestants in a real life version of The Hunger Games
Cruelty of @Hajj_nusuk is off the charts
