In the state of Telangana, the procedure and the guidelines of SIR was duly followed and enumeration forms (EFs)were distributed to all electors and filled in EFs were taken back and draft rolls were prepared after excluding the names from whom EFs were not received. The non-returned EFs consisted of persons who have died, permanently shifted, absent, duplicates. Out of total 3,38,26,448 Electors, in state of Telangana, 2,64,87,213 Electors have been included in the draft Roll. 73,39,235 Electors have been moved to ASDD Category, out of which, 57,46,803 Electors are Absent/Shifted, 9,22,229 Electors are in Dead category and 6,70,203 Electors are Duplicate Votes.The same were moved to ASDD Category. This was done only after House-to-House visit and due enquiry by BLOs and not done unilaterally. Also opportunity has been given to left out Electors during the period of Claims and Objections for filing their claims if any. Another opportunity by way of Special Camps on 15th and 16th, October, 2026 was taken up and ensured that *Every Eligible Elector is added and no ineligible elector remain in the Electoral Roll*.
