My good friend @T_ukei will be admitted today na hajapata heaven baby. Congratulations!
In a matter this sensitive, we must exercise restraint against careless words, remembering that the pain of loss continues to weigh heavily on those left behind. It is all the more hurtful when its a complete stranger feeling compelled to amplify their opinion.
I have thought about this a lot
And my only theory is... She killed herself barely weeks before graduation. Why would you do that? If you are just about to achieve what you have been working for.. for more than 20 years of your life? In an Ivy league uni no less.
Occam's razor. The most obvious solution is the answer... She was not going to graduate. I have heard reports of how difficult it is to study at Stanford. Probably alkua na retakes. And her scholarship was not going to cover it. With all the pressure that comes with being an over achiever. I think that was too much for her. And was ultimately the straw that broke the camel's back

Hon Junet says section 39 of the Election Act hasn't been amended/deleted. CS Duale says section 39 of the Election Act hasn't been amended/deleted. CJ Maraga says section 39 of the Election Act has been amended/deleted and parliament has "switched off" the light. Who is telling the truth amongst the three gentlemen? I know all three very well. I trust Junet and Duale to tell the truth. I don't trust Maraga to tell the truth.

Which "section" of the constitution protects looters @MutuaAbel ? Which specific " sections" of the constitution need to be suspended? Can people read the constitution before commenting on it.

UPDATE: Hii usiku yote tumekuwa na vurugu na bibi. I went through the wife鈥檚 phone. My lawd! Kumbe pesa ameekuwa akiniomba alikuwa anatumia Pastor Lugehe wa Deliverance church Budalangi. Apart from that amekuwa akiongea na two Gen Z s and from the conversation kwa WhatsApp ni kama walionja bibi. It has all come to my senses now. No wonder I didn鈥檛 trust this church. Mimi sieziita watu wa familia hapa coz wataniambia nisimfukuze. Wacha niende Catholic nikule mkate mtakatifu kwanza.

A big bird (a very big bird) whispered to me that some students who are related to the who is who in the legal profession don't even sit for those CLE exams. Or they do exams in 'private' rooms.
Meanwhile, you 'middle class' new-comer lawyers are squabbling over the few passes.

Upper class law students and advocates aren't worried because they graduate into existing top firms and powerful social networks. Sisi working/middle class are the ones determined to strip opportunity from those we consider beneath us.
There is a distinction between equal opportunity and equal outcome. A fair system should give everyone a genuine opportunity to demonstrate their competence but the purpose of examinations is precisely to distinguish levels of knowledge and preparedness. 1/2
