Does anyone know why it takes an eternity to obtain a rental car from the counter at the airport that presumably exists solely to distribute rental cars? I have booked ahead. I am holding my drivers license, credit card, proof of insurance, return ticket, and booking confirmation number. You approach them in a line of 25 and yes like every customer is revelation what they need. Are they building the cars on demand? I need answers. It’s less efficient than the dmv.
